Considering this is related to Trisha, who has a very long history + thread of staging drama for the sake of attention, I’d say all of this is likely some dumb stunt they concocted together. Which is kind of ironic, considering how Ethan and Hila got their start on the platform by making fun of prank channels for pulling off these fake, over-the-top stunts all the time just to get some attention.

I don't think anytime soon, not so much because I think their marriage is stable, but because it just isn't necessary for them. Ethan is distracted with his podcast and circle of yes men, and Hila is busy running a some-what successful clothing line. They probably don't think that much of each other or their marriage during the day, and so they have little incentive to go through the hassle of a California divorce.

so i like this show for the most part, i usually enjoy the episodes overall. but there are certain things about ethan that annoy the fuck out of me. he latches onto passing phrases that people say as just conversation filler and tries to force the point for way too long and its not funny at all. and he'll make people uncomfortable like when trisha peed herself....altho that was fuckin weird. he always apologizes when he's razzin people but then he does the same thing when he's saying legit shit like when talking to trisha or like that happened a few times on this recent dr drew episode and its so insincere. i don't think he can form his own opinions on anything, he always looks to the crew or hila before he declares his opinion. and he's actually a pretty terrible host in general and if he didn't have the crew he'd be fucked. that being said, i really like the crew they all seem pretty chill and overall i like watching the show because its generally overall an entertaining experience but ethan is kind of a retard.
