It's pathetic doubly so because of the delusion of everyone involved in making that happen. Not once in his time as a kahntent creator has he dropped a dime to improve the quality of anything he's touched without kicking and screaming. He doesn't even utilize OBS properly, I imagine he had someone explain it to him like he was 4 just so he could do his basic bitch setup. There will always be a tax begathon, there will always be a financial problem, the man is shit with money and doesn't realize how tenuous his relationship with it is. Neither do his fans understand that he only wants the new consoles to get day one views, if he knew he could make $100 every stream doing Minecraft watching Papavera build everything he'd take that easy out in a heartbeat. Eventually each paypig will find their end to sunk cost fallacy with a LIMB, eventually the pigroach will spend all his money to create a financial hole he can't escape from, and 2021 will be like 2020 will be like 2019 allllll the way back to "I'm thinking of starting streaming full time and I would like your support".

Honestly ? Yes, so long as it's not going to be featuring pedophilic porn.

Again, portrayal VS emphasis. I've seen a movie (The one by Kubrick, guessing there are several) but not read the book, so no idea how far it really goes, but there are plenty of ways to imply or even show a sex scene without actually showing a child getting f#cked on camera - let alone having one participate in the shooting of the scene, just use an adult movie double since you're obviously not going to show details. Do it only with silhouettes, close-ups that don't actually really show anything tangible, or simply show the "after".

That would effectively retell the story of Lolita, including the implied sex between an adult and said Lolita, without actually being pedophilic porn (And thus not giving pedophiles anything tangible). You're acting like series and movies haven't gotten away with implying sex for decades while remaining neatly PG-13, just between adults. And yes, it'd be controversial to do it with some prepubescent girl - and it would definitely warrant not being PG-13 - but controversy doesn't mean it should be impossible to do.

If what I described is porn, every single movie or series episode with two people being (portrayed as) naked under covers in the same bed or starting to make out is porn too. Funny thought, I'll give it to you, but absurd and nothing more than a lame and grossly fallacious gotcha.

This is actual madness, on his part for guilt tripping his audience so hard and his dumb ass fans for rewarding it.

like, why are we still even talking about the vest streak when every other day you barely hit it at the end of the stream...nobody is tipping because they want to see him wear the vest for 3 minutes, they are tipping because he’s begging for the streak. Just cut the middle man and go back to referring to it as the tips goal and nothings changed, except the shekels he wasted on a bunch of vests

this reminds me of that rick and morty bit about slavery with extra steps, this is just a tips goal with extra steps at this point lol.
 
I think there's a point a lot of people are missing relating to Phil's defence of the movie Cuties.

Phil, without having seen the trailer never mind the movie itself, has based his entire opinion on the opinion of others rather than attempting to form his own opinion. This is something he has been extremely critical about of others doing when it comes to him. His hypocrisy regarding that is just....well, typical being Phil.
 
I didn’t actually anticipate that the vest streak would actually carry ramifications like this. As mentioned above, it’s madness. I know we use the word loosely all the time but Phil has actually cornered himself on this one. This is his new normal and it’s fucking hilarious.

Imagine having $80, and being willing to beg like that just for the remaining $20. Your own whales effectively pay $20 just to watch a grown narcissist beg. People who earn less than Phil wouldn't sell their dignity for having to give a transparent, manipulative begging ritual. Despite all the ego and delusions of grandeur he has no shame.

Most people when they're doing their jobs have a kind of quiet dignity about them. Even people working at jobs that Phil would consider beneath him like flipping burgers or as a janitor. There's a kind of purpose to what they're doing, impacting on the world. Then look at the last 5 minutes of his recent streams.

Another job well done Phil enjoy your day off.

His vest streak is never in danger. There are around 5 people who sit and wait for the end of the stream to see if he's at $100 yet.

They like to tip him the remaining balance at the last minute because it makes them look heroic to Phil and all of his retarded viewers. They will do it every time; I doubt they even watch his stream until the end to see the tip amount.

And they've been doing this since the vest thing started. This is why he doesn't get to $100 in small amounts of 1 or 2 dollars at a time, but rather a couple large amounts of $50+. This streak is only kept alive by a few people who have made it their mission to give dsp money.

Who knows why... it could be them following the "own the trolls" narrative. Shit, maybe they got doxxed here in the past and think this is a revenge of some sort, because apparently this streak is supposed to trigger everyone at KF (hint: it doesn't)

It also means that the vest streak isn’t organic and is unsupportable in the long run.

Dozens of people ripping a few dollars each would mean that it could pretty much continue indefinitely.

But as it stands, if just one or two of Phil’s whales get bored, can’t afford it or whatever, the whole thing tumbles down.

And is a lot harder to start up again.

Yesterday, after the stream was already over, I saw that straight cuck homie saying in the chat that "Phil doesn't give a shit about the streak, it's the viewers that bother him about it".

Fans like this guy and that MoraMoria bitch are proof that his viewers are legitimately retarded.

How in the fuck can anyone say that Phil doesn't care about the streak? How can anyone seriously think that Phil streams for any reason other than money?

Well, apparently his loyal fans believe in that.
