I used to frequent that thread and I don't remember any reactions to major Preston events because he never did anything major except threaten to quit the Internet a few times. It's a lot of things analyzing how bad he is at things like light sources, perspective, anatomy, ect., but nothing we don't already know.

e: We also spent most of the thread making fun of Buckley since this was around the same time he made his hilariously ham-handed attempt at creating an "epic conclusion" for CAD. Is there a Buckley thread? He's on Dobby's level of incompetence but instead of posing as an underage girl to sell inflation porn, he sent a picture of his penis to one.

It's probably just me but I did enjoy wasting time reading the thread, even when it got off-topic, before it closed off to non-members. There's one fanart that I did not manage to save and it was of Dobson's teacher character being inspirational (possibly as a reaction to Dobson's version). If you can share that, that would be super.

Buckley is a doofus, but he's made a lot of money and can be considered a success even if you think he's idiotic. Sort of like how Alex Jones is crazy, but makes a lot of money doing it. Being a success usually precludes one from being a true lolcow.

"A lot" is a stretch. At this point he's probably being supported by his wife working a ton of hours, a very lolcow thing to do.

Someone has had that as an avatar on Dobby's Deviantart gallery page since February, shows how much he reads his comments.

Yeah I agree, Buckley gets a lot of flack for his miscarriage comic and generally being a lazy artist but he's actually improved a lot over the years and for a Webcomic artist who must have had as many trolls as Dobby always seems to act in a professional way for the most past.

I'm pretty sure there's few on the internet who haven't seen Loss in some form or another and a lot of them are probably at least familiar with B^uckley in some way.
