I don’t even understand why the scars are so hideous. I had breast reduction surgery a long time ago for good reasons. I look at those scars and they’re just so much worse than mine ever were. It does seem like the fatter they are the worse the scarring, so perhaps it’s a few things.
First, being overweight can make it harder to heal due to blood sugar problems.
Second, with an overweight woman, trying to get all the breast tissue and fat means you gotta go like...waaaay around the sides. Because the base of the breast really kind of expands around there on big women. So maybe the reason they look like they were sawed in half at the breastbone is that they really were because they had so much to remove in so many locations, like when a fat woman lies down and her boobs relocate to under her arms, surgeon has to dig dig dig.
Finally, being a troon means having hygiene issues and people who can’t even be trusted to bathe aren’t going to take care of their wounds.
