Interesting fact the Hormone hGC is used for detecting Pregnancy in women, it's also used as a marker for detecting Testicular/Prostate Cancer. That does look better than most, but it still looks bad. It looks exactly like you said, as if someone just took an axe and made a gash. What makes it worse is that this is what his Neovag looks like after 14+ years. This isn't a new 'vagina' that's still healing, it's well past that point. And note that this is a photo taken far away, in favorable lighting, and with the legs together too.
