Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

The last motion document was directly from the Appeals court website, and not Research TX also. Looks like two different systems.
It's on REsearch TX now, though.

I did get an email notification from Research TX. I was waiting for someone to post about it, but it seems that no one noticed the new filing.

This little filing is perhaps the funniest shit I've seen and I thought the denial of Lemoine's cuckery was glorious.

No wonder it flew under the radar, it was ashamed of itself.

Why in the fuck are they cross-posting their notice of appeal to a closed case? Is it just so lemon can add more charges to his final bill wait of course it bloody well is. What an utter scumfuck.

It's funny that it's ONLY lemoine doing this. It's like he can't "read the room" his compatriots in this are like "Dude what the fuck you doing?" At this point. It will be hilarious when he ends up getting fees and sanctions filed against HIM.

Lemoine didn't even do it. It looks like it was drafted and signed off on by a relatively new/junior associate.

So they either decided to tardwrangle Lemoine because they realized the judge was probably tired of his shit (as evidenced at the hearing) or even Lemoine knows this isn't going to fly and didn't want o put his West Nile-addled John Hancock on this one. In any case, this will be interesting to watch.

Option 3:

Lemoine and Tina went out on a murder-suicide.
It's not clear who initiated what but I wouldn't be surprised if Tina murdered him and then did a flip herself trying to finish that transcript.

God it would be funny if the COA cuts off another 50k, because Ron, and Mon were constantly jointly filing, so shouldn’t be getting fees for two separate people.

Do they really think they need more scrutiny right now? Do they really think this is gonna help them?

Of course they do! Since all the evidence will come out,Ron, and Mon have been saying so for almost 12 months! Remember Monica had 25 women ready to walk into court for testimony of rape.
Clearly this looks bad for Vic, the serial dream fucker.

Not a good look!

I think this is the time we say that.

I wonder how many affidavits will come crashing down once things get going.
How many liars are MoRon (and Jamie) gonna be on the hook for encouraging?

This is literally suicide for them but I'm loving every minute.

It reeks of desperation, and possibly being backed into a corner between his firm, and clients. 160k is a lot of outstanding money to want.

Imagine telling a judge that you're going to charge your clients that amount of money, after a long pause, and no way to pay it.

The Soye Boye must be really horrified.

Do you know how much a lawsuit costs, Ron?

MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD.

I’m enjoying this all so much Myself. They forget providing an affidavit means they can get cross examine, or deposed for relevant information.

I wanna see the Funi Twitter twat, and HR manager deposed so bad.

Get Hook to water board them! “Where’s the investigation! Monica said you’re good for it! Anytime now gay bois!”

I haven't logged down the "final judgement" into memory, but doesn't that action to cross-appeal technically triggers more fees if everything is upheld by those additional reliefs thingamagigs Chupp placed in his final judgement?

That’s for the judgement, and TCPA, not for appealing the fees themselves.
