Married her in Vegas in the presence of the kid's mom. Which is why they dropped the case against him. As @Immaculate Ape mentioned, they weren't cooperating.

It might be a stupid question, but isn't there a law that you don't have to testifiy against your spouse when legally married? The mum not cooperating?

A few stuffs they redacted in this document: conference with some insurance councel, discussion about public relations, plan to pressure GFM, background research on Nick, preparation for deposition (why redacting that last one?).

Yeah, there's spousal privilege, which is why it's puzzling Rial and Toye are under the same lawyer. They can be compelled to testify against each other because they're only personal fiance(e)s.

According to the Wiki timeline, they were discovered early April, they married late April, and he was arrested and charged May 8th.

The DAs probably had bigger fish to fry than one Honduran pedophile whose victim wouldn't testify.

Yep, also in many states if you marry a minor sex between the husband and wife isn't any sort of crime. So it skirts the law. An adult can marry a minor with parental consent. So obviously she was all in on that marriage for some reason.

Right?? But it's has always been like this. Every post I've seen of vic's have been around 5k , 1k, 2k, 12k, 10k, ( some post are around the hunders but those are usually the ones where he replays to a tweet). People love vic.
