My New Diet Plan | Grocery Haul 7/15/19 - Day 1 Amberlynn..

Not sure on the protein bars, tv dinners and sausages...seems like alot of processed food and sodium. I guess he knows she can't cook so meal prep is out.
I think part of it is prepackaged foods are a fixed, known amount of calories. If Amber were to cook, it's guaranteed she'd end up adding extra shit or fudging her portion sizes and end up having many more calories than would be expected for whatever she was making.

Heres what happend: the doctor gave her a strict diet that involved cooking and moving around.

Heres what AL did: left with Becky and they both decided it was too strict. She decided to go to krogers and pick out "healthy" he recommended on a list and she added in the fast food Bullshit. She probably read that burger with a bun missing online about low carb. AL doesnt listen or let anyone tell her what to do so shes going to do it her way

My favorite part is how she's been trying to prime us for exactly this situation.

"It could be that the doctor's plan will be really strict, but maybe it won't be so bad!"

"It's soooo hard to come on here and talk about my diet -- everyone has an opinion and I can't let anything they say interfere with the doctor's plan!"

"The doctor's plan is for me to lose weight very very slowly. He says for me -- FOR ME -- getting down to 310 lbs over the next several years is the best idea. I'm super ambitious and hard-working, though, so I'm going to tweak it just a tiny bit and aim for 170. And once I get there, I can tell the haydurs that my doctor was fine with me being almost twice that size, so they can take their 'But you're still morbidly obese' comments and shove 'em!"

"So it turns out that I've really been doing fine with my diet. I just need to eat a little less and move a little more! So I can continue on as I've been doing -- an exercise blog here, a healthy mukbang eat with me video there... And Burger King sometimes. And at Christmas, I'm obviously going to just eat whatever I want. And Thanksgiving. And Easter. Halloween. My birthday... trips to Lexington... Pride Week... when I get bad news... after I Facetime Destiny and need to comfort myself... when I have friends over and want to order a couple pizzas, some sides, and a dessert or two just for the hell of it... You know. Special occasions!"

Edit: "Oh, and also he said not to do weigh-ins anymore. Sorry guys! It turns out that in addition to being right about my diet, I was also right about my YouTube content. Weird, huh? Well, doctor's orders, I guess! Also also, he said Torrid hauls were good for my mental. And waxmelts are appetite suppressants. And he said Twinkie was just a couple pounds overweight and her nails are perfect. How's it feel to be wrong about EVERYTHING, Zach? Huh?"

Notice how she always pushes the responsibility onto others for her success? she gripes about Becky being her enabler, and she kept talking about how great this doctor is...yet it doesn't occur to her that it's all on her..and always has been, for success? This doctor isn't telling her something she's already been told. Although..if she has to formally go weigh in somewhere..maybe it will make a difference for her behavior in that regard. the problem is, once she falls off track..the doctor isn't going to be reaching out to her, trying to convince her to come back. That's what Amber wants, I think. She wants someone else to have more enthusiasm for this..than herself. and the rest of the world can't do it for you, boo boo

That expression she has in the thumbnail kills me. It must be what the orange chicken on her plate sees before its devoured by our gorl.

Great minds think alike apparently. The second I opened the thread I had to screenshot it.

Big Al's "weight loss doctor" is a ventriloquist's dummy that rides around on Al's massive shelf ass and parrots whatever bullshit Big Al wants to spew today.

amber, you can eat literally anything you want IN MODERATION.

she legit can continue eating the shit she eats, all she has to do is eat smaller portions. it's amazing how changing portion sizes can help with weightloss.

but i mean lol whatever consume all the things in ridiculous quantities hamber it's okay.

I'm willing to believe that she actually went to the weight loss doctor and that she's well over 600 lb. She heard his plan, decided it simply "wasn't for her", and is now continuing with her own bs as always.

She knows she's well and truly fucked, that's probably why she gave her new "diet" such a long timeline. Plus, is it just me or has Becky looked even more depressing than usual in the recent videos? She probably knows what's up.

We're truly at the beginning of the end.

EvErYtHiNg iN MoDEraTiOn is great advice for someone with a few vanity pounds to lose.

Anyone who is capable of behaving moderately doesn't make it to 600 lbs in the first place.

at the same time, though, it's not like diets work for amber, either, since she doesn't stick with them.

maybe if she REALLY TRIED she- actually yeah, nevermind

Thumby knows how fucked up the web of lies must be. She clearly knows how bad Amber is and even in her special ed brain, knows how shitty of a person Hambo is.

So we all know that this was filmed the same day as her Doctors appointment and the Cucumber boat video.

So our gorl ate the Cucumber boats BEFORE she went to the WL doctor. Nothing to me sounds like a great pre-doctor appointment meal than 2 cucumbers slathered in cream cheese and shitty precooked bacon.

Okay, bothered to watch and summarize what I took from the video. Sorry for the sperging of tagging some nutritional elements as she was going through her HAUL:

- First 15 seconds - Trolly song about having a "Grocery Haul Situation". Don't call it a dance - it's a jiggle at best.
- Then a full minute of "debate" over whether or not to post any of this because "people have opinions".
- So many people were in that waiting room, y'all, and they had stories to tell! Talking up that doctor and his thousands of patients!
- These groceries are going to last for two weeks because that's the next time she'll be seeing him (several weeks in the past by now, if even true)
- HE told her to eat this stuff so you can't blame her AT ALL for folloween Doctor's Orders.
- "Not making this up and pulling it out of my butt, I promise" as if we believe she could REACH her own asshole to pull anything out of it, let alone wipe it.
- "Doctor's Orders" #1: Don't count calories!
- Breakfast Option #1 - EYGS with BACON
- "Doctor's Orders" #2: High-protein, low-carb diet!
- "Doctor's Orders" #3: Stay under 100 carbs a day! (Assuming 100g carbs, although almost ALL low-carb diets focusing on ketosis typically max them out at 50g, and prefer 25g or less. If Doc is not trying to trigger ketosis, 100g is technically "low carb", but going to be ineffective if calorie-counting is out the window)

"People talk really mean stuff about me, like, eating bacon - and he was like, 'Who ARE these people? Do THEY decide what gas you put in your car? What shampoo you use on your hair?' and I was like 'That's a very good point!'"
Well, those people are the ones who came to see you LOSE WEIGHT. If you were a Car Mechanic channel and you were clearly putting the wrong gasoline in a type of engine and should KNOW BETTER, you would ALSO be called out on that shit!

- Breakfast Option #2 - Clif Protein Bar (each bar = 30g carbs, 22g of which are Sugars)
- Lunch Options - Lean Cuisine / Smart One frozen meals with at least 20g protein and under 400 calories (she was SHOOK to hear that; earthquakes in California likely unrelated given the timeline)
- Power Bowl Adobo Chicken (38g carbs, 600mg sodium), Chicken & Fingerling Potatoes (25g carbs, 610mg sodium), Butter Chicken Masala (40g carbs, 610mg sodium), Spicy Asian Inspired Chicken (40g carbs, 680mg sodium)
- "Doctor's Orders" #4: No potatoes, no rice - UNLESS it's part of the lunchtime frozen meal!
- Dinner Options - Meats. Veggies. "Any type of meat."
- "Doctor's Orders" #5: Eating out is still totally okay, because, look at you. Fuck, go to McDonald's, for all I care. Just take off half of the bun on your cheeseburger!
- Turkey Burgers (2g carbs, 680mg sodium PER PATTY), Chicken Sausage Links (1g carbs, 330mg sodium PER LINK), SteamFresh Broccoli/Cauliflower (4g carbs, 25mg sodium)
- Snack Options - Beef Jerky, Almonds, Cottage Cheese, Greek Yogurt (Peppered Beef Jerky - 8g carbs, 550mg sodium PER OUNCE)
- "Doctor's Orders" #6: Have beef jerky as a snack every single day, and let's see if you're tired of it after 2 weeks. Hell, have a 2nd serving if you want. Fuck, do it MULTIPLE times a day. I clearly give zero fucks at this point.
- She anticipates a lot of negative comments about the food, but will still act shocked at the amount of haydur comments she'll get.
- "I'm not here to hear it. I don't want your opinion."

These "Doctor's Orders" also explain why Cucumber "Boat" happened later that day, because all of those ingredients are "low carb".

It's not just weight she has a problem with though.

Her whole relationship with food needs to be changed. She needs therapy for everything that happened in her childhood. She needs to change her whole outlook on life and health. I could go on and on.

Eating things in moderation does not fix any of those problems.

If you parse out all the info from her bullshitting, it actually sounds like a decently practical plan, for someone who is simply lazy and overeats. But the problem is that, as people have pointed out, she's a food addict, and not just a lazy overeater.
I don't know how "weight loss doctors" actually work, but I think, at least with the extreme cases, behavior therapy/counseling needs to be involved.

a shame she doesn't seem particularly interested in doing actual therapy then, huh.

so i suppose it's safe to assume that anything that is not "getting intensive therapy" is bullshitting from amber. why should i even be surprised.

they do that on my 600lb life. kinda. i mean they do a therapy session. not sure if it really does much, though, especially if the person doesn't keep up with it.

the only therapy this bitch needs is a good swift kick in the shelf ass and to grow the fuck up.
Her life was not even that bad, she likes to spin a tale of woe. Yes her parents were crackheads but did they beat her? Starve her? She got to be a fatass from a young age so she was definitely fed.
Who among us hasn't had some sort of "childhood trauma/a series of unfortunate events"? I am sorry but there comes a time that you need to take responsibility for your part in the matter.
Time to get over all your "problems" fatass. You're supposed to be an adult. None of those things affect you anymore.
