The hilarious thing is, this video and the tweets are still up. She was flown first class to see a host family, but stayed in a private hotel suite the entire time. How interesting. And theres no media or photo record of her ever being there. Even though at that time she was one of the most popular female athletes in the world.

How many of Weinsteins victims have created a psychological defense in their own minds that they were at least not partially willing or knew the implications?

There is a small cottage industry attached to each actor/anyone in the entertainment industry, including athletes. First and foremost, the agent gets their cut, their lawyer gets paid, the manager/s get paid, the family is supported to some extent, although in MM's case it looks like they were the ones (emotionally) supporting MM. It's just that you don't tend to see or hear about it, unless they are retarded enough to expose themselves online, at which point they get a thread here.
