Debate the Ethics of Vic Mignogna - TARD FIGHT

I did say I misread the situation but I was being reckless so I should get burned.
You didn’t misread the situation.
Misreading the situation is when Spoony jumps on some stream to defend a guy who turns out to be laughing along with the jokes and isn’t being bullied.
What you did is come to generally pro-Vic place filled with quite capable doxers and informants, made an account exclusively for this single thing and started shilling your uneducated, retarded position based on what you heard from #KickVic.

Hugs are sexual assault;
Vic is super rich so he shouldn’t take the money;
Vic made the GFM and somehow makes people send him money;
Vic was fired for a good reason;
Vic should just let go and not engage people who ruined his career;

There’s two options both seeming equally likely to me, you’re either someone very, very stupid, or you’re a glow in the dark CIA nigger thinking you could make us stand against Vic with false worry about our money and claiming that what Vic did is totes sexual assault.

I said I was wrong, no tru e troll would admit wrong doing, they would just leave when they have been ousted.
Why don't you go join @Shane_Yes_That_One ? I'm sure he'd agree with you every step of the way. Maybe he'll even let you fuck his wife and serve you some delicious leather shoe steak with some shoelace pasta to boot.

I'll just say this, this place is not a hug box, this is you walking into the hungry lions' den that scares even Lawyers like Ty Beard(Right? If not another boomer for me again.)

No, you're right.
Ty has said that he'd "rather take on ISIS" than mess with the Farms.

I don't get why people would stand for someone like Vic, he did apologize and said he was going to seek counseling and God but then a few weeks later said he was going to try to salvage his career in the industry, making his apology seem half hearted.

Are you an idiot? Do you not know what the word "counseling" means?

Multiple other dictionaries will give you the same thing. What's stopping you from saying that the "counselor" recommended Vic to get legal help from his plight?

Not Overtly, I don't like how he got people to pay for his lawyer despite the fact that he is worth 4 million dollars. If he was being sued I would have understood the need to defend himself but when he is the one suing it comes off as using your fans.

If you even bother listening to Nick for at least a good amount of time, you would know why. Even with someone worth $4 million (and that's not even official), these lawsuits are time-consuming and expensive. Nevermind the face that this was our choice because we're tired of this retarded #MeToo garbage taking part in every single medium that people enjoy and publicizing it.

Also, he got kicked out of job opportunities. Without this lawsuit to sue people defaming him, his job opportunities/money-making opportunities would still not be available.

I did overlook things my apologizes, it was someone else, though he shouldn't have associated himself with the Gofundme. As for the question for where I stand. I think Vic being fired for misconduct was the right thing to do, should they have done it earlier this whole thing wouldn't have escalated as much as it did.

No it wouldn't. It escalated because they publicized it. If this was kept under wraps, no one would have known about it and therefore no lawsuit would have taken place.

Also, they didn't fire him for "misconduct", They fired him for "harassment". At that point, the investigation has to show that evidence of harassment existed and that the investigation met the Texas Workforce Commission standards, which apparently, it didn't.

It was more so about defining sexual harassment that provoked them,

Sexual harassment is already defined by the Texas Workforce Commission. I suggest reading through this thread before asking about shit we already went through.

I don't have a Twitter, so most of the things I'm hearing are from Youtubers when I googled Vic, most of the information I was finding was months old. It gave me the impression that Yellow and Hiel are just riding the coat tails on something that many people have moved on from.

People haven't "moved on" from it, not just because of this lawsuit, but because people are still to this day actively trying to call conventions to cancel Vic's appearances there.

When I told them that giving unwarrented hugs to people you don't know fell under sexual harassment, they would erupt into tangents, saying that "If my mom hugs me, does that mean I can file harassment charges?" I told them that their mother had a different relationship than a stranger at a con.

Except Vic is not a stranger. Otherwise, these people wouldn't be going to Vic's booths.

Sexual harassment is clearly defined in the TWC.

At best, what Vic is being accused of would be "simple teasing". In no way was a hostile environment created because the people who accused him of such stuff were either fine with it and had no complaints when it happened, didn't bother to tell anyone considering its nothingburger nature, or continued to hang out with him afterwards.

And this is all assuming that events like this happened "in the workplace".

Vic should have not been over passionate with his fans to begin with. It would have came back to him. Vic should have just apologized and then moved on with his life, if those attackers had an issue with him, he does not have to engage them.

He did apologize, over hugs and kissing people on the cheek, which by the way, are literally nothingburgers and could easily be rubbed off, and it only emphasizes the fragile nature of women and girls. Then new allegations popped up that got his contracts with Rooster Teeth, Funimation and multiple conventions severed.

Sometimes one must hit their lowest point to experience true change

By "true change", do you mean suicide?

Should people put you at a low point in order to stop being an MLP lover?

This is not a gentle place, it has thorns and ivy...but its better here than the other place
Oh? Due tell on this "other place" I'm sure there might be some people curious on that, perhaps. But perhaps not, not everyone cares about stuff like that. I just am curious what could be "WORSE" than Kiwi to have you jump into the kiwifray

I cannot fathom anything worse than a visit to Kiwi Farms as an exceptional individual. What, did your mom yell at you to stop using your pony plushies as fleshlights?
No, its just a discord server I got kicked from over a disagreement of artistic matters. I had friends there, I don't have any here. So no attachments to worry about

"He should’ve let us destroy him and not fight back."
This nigger isn’t just seethrough, he glows in the dark.
That's kickvic in a nutshell. They destroy a man, take everything they can from him, continue to kick when he's down, and then when a kind person offers a friendly hand they bully him even more for accepting help against their wishes.

That's some manipulative abuser shit.

If the Plaintiff vs Defendant roles are switched, Vic would still have the [real] evidence that he can gather against Monica Rial, Ron Soye Boye Toye [Ron Toye] and Jamie Marchi - plus Funimation. That doesn't make a huge difference if you have Vic as the defendant instead of the plaintiff anyways.
