That is the second stupidest thing I've heard today. This is exactly why fandoms are fucking cancer. Just label everything "fuckable" and "non-fuckable" and that would be it.

For what it's worth that really sucks to hear. I can certainly empathize with someone losing touch with friends because some mod or admin is being a prick.

Well I don't know if you'll like the environment here, but at least here you can say whatever the fuck you want, with almost no worry about getting banned (although it does occasionally happen, but usually more for constantly shitting up a thread than any perceived wrongthink). People may call you an idiot, but at least here there is that discussion.

Even with someone worth $4 million (and that's not even official), these lawsuits are time-consuming and expensive. Nevermind the face that this was our choice because we're tired of this exceptional #MeToo garbage taking part in every single medium that people enjoy and publicizing it.

Also, he got kicked out of job opportunities. Without this lawsuit to sue people defaming him, his job opportunities/money-making opportunities would still not be available.



No it wouldn't. It escalated because they publicized it. If this was kept under wraps, no one would have known about it and therefore no lawsuit would have taken place.

Also, they didn't fire him for "misconduct", They fired him for "harassment". At that point, the investigation has to show that evidence of harassment existed and that the investigation met the Texas Workforce Commission standards, which apparently, it didn't.



Sexual harassment is already defined by the Texas Workforce Commission. I suggest reading through this thread before asking about shit we already went through.



People haven't "moved on" from it, not just because of this lawsuit, but because people are still to this day actively trying to call conventions to cancel Vic's appearances there.

At best, what Vic is being accused of would be "simple teasing". In no way was a hostile environment created because the people who accused him of such stuff were either fine with it and had no complaints when it happened, didn't bother to tell anyone considering its nothingburger nature, or continued to hang out with him afterwards.

And this is all assuming that events like this happened "in the workplace".



He did apologize, over hugs and kissing people on the cheek, which by the way, are literally nothingburgers and could easily be rubbed off, and it only emphasizes the fragile nature of women and girls. Then new allegations popped up that got his contracts with Rooster Teeth, Funimation and multiple conventions severed.



By "true change", do you mean suicide?

The best course of action would be to start thinking critically and researching as much as you can. Wallowing in self-pity by commenting on your own cons isn't going to help you grow in any way. You don't want to be a discount Shane.
