These people will need constant medical attention and will be at constant risk. Add the hormones to this that aren't particularly healthy and many of them will not get very old, so where they piss from will probably be least of their concerns ten years down the road when this fad is over. Many of them are also young now, and when you're young your body simply deals better with everything. Let them become middle-aged.

I encountered my first ever troon at a job site this week (of course, I've surely encountered hundreds before but they all passed so well that I had no idea!!!!!!). Dude is in his 60s and obviously "transitioned" two minutes ago. He looks like Walter Matthau wearing a Jennifer Aniston wig. Can you even imagine what these men smell like after a long day? They are cutting off all air circulation to their asses, and marinating that pad in crotch sweat all day. septum rings were a lesbian thing like five years ago but now (at least where i'm from) they're more of a 'enby'/trans man thing. same with weird color hair. i think it's that young women who still consider themselves lesbians are more likely to be boring and don't have a need to feel special, as opposed to troons.
SO many trans men have tons and tons of piercings and it's weird to me. earrings, okay. but men don't have septum rings and eyebrow piercings and lip piercings unless they're part of really specific subcultures with an associated specific fashion style, but these trans men aren't part of these subcultures, they just...have a lot of piercings. that's one of the ways to spot an ftm.
here's the thing: we know that men can grow a beard but most of them shave, so if you see a man's face that looks like that, you perceive it as clean shaven. but women don't have beards--even women with severe pcos don't have one that goes all the way up the cheeks. so any hint of a shadow is confusing to our brain. needs better makeup application.
