Thorne Melcher / "Horny Thorney" / ExistentialEnso - CTO of a Scam Website, Pretend Journalist, Former Whiteknight of Rapist Laurelai Bailey, Hates Leftists, Never Getting SRS

Comment in this thread if Thorne is raping you right now.

Thorne's existence rapes my soul daily because her lack of self-awareness or self-control is so outstanding it feels like a metaphorical violation of my mental safe space. (note: this can't be used in a defamation suit because the rape here it not a literal crime)

My soul was raped on the Astral plane by Thorne Melcher and she threatened to give me to the Githyanki if I told anyone.

My soul was raped in the dreamscape by Thorne Melcher as Pete Coffin and Laurelai held me down and they chanted "rape for the rape god, anal prolapse for the prolapse god." and stole bags of fritos from my pantry.

I wonder how many of those "kyoot" Japanese school girls he groomed and fondled while desperately trying to convince himself he was one of them. I wonder how many of them laughed at the dumb round eye weeb with daddy issues.

My answer to both is probably most of them.

In the UK it's not defamation if you put allegedly in front of the allegation.

E.g. "Thorne Melcher is an alleged rapist"

Interestingly this seems to be the case in the US as well

People vastly overrate that. The issue is whether the words uttered would cause a reasonable person to conclude that a factual statement were being made. For instance, you could say allegedly all you like, but if you quoted someone who accused someone of something, and knew they were lying, it would still be defamatory if a reasonable person would take it as a factual claim.

It's used to emphasize something is just an accusation but isn't a magical shield that makes everything after it nonactionable.

Ian Hislop, a man who knows his defamation lawsuits, described it as being the legal equivalent of adding "NOT!" to the end of a sentence, and about as useful.

I find it curious just how much Thorne is chimping out over this, where a simple "None" would have been an adequate answer to the question. And I'm reminded of the case of Oscar Wilde.
Oscar Wilde was imprisoned for (basically) being gay. But what isn't so well known is that, in Victorian Britain, you could actually get away with being fairly openly gay without getting into trouble with the law - it was only if you actually got caught doing something definitely gay, e.g. picking up a rent boy, that you'd get into trouble. And on the whole, the police didn't really consider it worth their effort to chase people who weren't really causing trouble.

The reason Wilde got done was that the borderline-insane Marquess of Queensbury heard that Wilde was fucking Queensbury Jr and went to Wilde's favourite hotel with the intent of beating the living shit out of him. Upon discovering Wilde had left, Queensbury left a visiting card with the message, "To Oscar Wilde, Posing Somdomite." Wilde attempted to sue Queensbury for libel.

The problem here was that in order to defend himself, Queensbury had to prove that Wilde was a "Somdomite." Which was pretty easy, as Wilde was pretty well known for being a big fat gay, and a whole parade of witnesses were produced. So Wilde not only lost his case, but put himself in a position where it was beyond reasonable doubt that he was guilty of illegal acts. So he went down for two years, and not in the way he'd have liked.
In other words, if you're going to sue someone for accusing you of something, you'd better be damn sure you aren't secretly guilty.

You know I kind of agree with Thorn on one thing, I don't think they are rich. I mean I don't buy the poverty stricken nonsense either. I think they have a reasonable income and zero ability to prioritise it like many millenials (look I just bought the latest console/gadget. Help I can't afford to eat lobster and steak while also paying my rent I'm poor, capitalism failed.)

Even with the CTO job I recon it is one of those where some people get some VC money for their idea then post an important sounding job for near minimum wage and don't care about who they get (they already got that VC payday). Plus a sped of a CTO is a great thing to have in a business where a loss of information will have serious consequences. It would be easy to fall guy the tranny here, just show how much time they spend tweeting and neglecting their job.

Cow crossover. Hiding behind a locked account, rapist Wesley "laurelai" Bailey screeched into the void about Thorne while obsessively name searching himself.

So the rapist more or less gave up on the whole pretending not to just be a ban evasion account thing.

Cow crossover. He's still locked down, Rebecca Gerber lets us know he's whining about his thread.

Looks like lots of hot takes hidden being the lock.

that "subalternuplift" account was one of the biggest orbiters of a user known as WASBAPPIN who became briefly famous last month among twitter leftists for dishing out extremely bad takes (and also being kicked out of a local DSA chapter for sexual harassment). both of them have exhibited lolcowish behavior, but i never took Horny Thorney as the type to associate with him considering he's pretty much a Clintonite cosplaying as a "woker than thou" socialist

This surprised me too, but I think it's because WASBAPPIN is one of those people obsessed with alleged red-brown alliances, red-fascists, or whatever that Thorne has been 'tistically ranting about for months.

that WASBAPPIN group (not sure what you'd call them, pro-intervention libcoms with strong rat king tendencies?) are all lolcows. their ideology is entirely based around being a group of people who have been rejected from every other left tendency, and wanting to feel superior to the popular accounts and left e-celebs.

they are what Becky Gerber would be if she was into complaining about politics instead of video games. they take a very, very unpopular stance (military intervention and regime change is the left's duty) because they know no one will agree with it, but if anyone responds to their e-celeb commentary or criticizes their incoherence, they're a harasser and a fascist. and since virtually everyone from the tanks to the anarchists to the demsocs finds them ridiculous, they have a constant stream of "harassment", no need to make up emails.

the topic is probably too esoteric for a full thread, but there is a lot of rat king crossover among them. here's the most vicious Renegade Lady Eff, who is mutuals with sapphixy and Winterfox, among others.

Complete disagree, the more esoteric a topic is, the more thread potential there is. At least IMO.

We're not a site that deals with the everyday and the mundane lol.
