"Current year" terms that piss you off

The term “speaking your truth” pops up in a lot of places and is getting a little irritating. I guess mainly because of the implications of someone’s “truth” as opposed to their non-objective personal experience. Your own biased anecdotes are not in any way factual, nor are they “true”. It seems to be mainly used as a justification to persecute someone based on other people’s claims about them.

Reeks.

I've seen it used a bit lately by troons over the "privilege" lesbians have of not wanting dick.

Lesbian rejects the girldick?

"Ugh... I can smell your privilege and it REEKS."

"You reek of TERF privilege."

"Go away, cisbian, your privilege is reeking!"

So...it's just a preference that people want to pretend is a sexuality to make them feel special and be a part of the opressed LGBTQH&R Blocks?
'Preference' implies a choice in the matter. Most people who identify with the sub-orientation (??) can end up sexually/physically attracted to people of either sex (or any ~ gender ~) purely due to intellectual/emotional connection, even if they had no prior history attraction to that sex/"gender". I don't know anyone who develops romantic relationships this way who gives a shit about LGBTQIXYZ or oppression points. I'm sure there are plenty out there who do play pretend with it as a self-label.

Everyone I've seen use "demisexual" just means "I don't sleep around" and wants to feel special. Being normal or typical, isn't shameful or wrong no matter how much SJWs tell you it is.

"I'm a demisexual, that means I'll only have sex with the one special person I'm in a committed relationship with!"

Uh, okay...

Demisexuality aside, can someone please explain the need for both the terms 'pansexual' and 'polysexual'? Polysexuality is attraction to all genders, and pansexuality is attraction to everything. Does this mean that pansexuals will also fuck animals, inanimate objects, corpses, etc? And to stay on topic, the term 'polysexual' definitely pisses me off.

Ha ha, no, polysexuality is "attraction to multiple, but not all genders". It's a subsitute for "bisexuality" as that reinforces the gender binary.

I’d assume that polysexual means multiple partners at once, whereas pansexual means attraction to anything (and lol, I highly doubt that) but only one at a time. Of course there’s a lot of crossover. For example a polysexual might have relationships and STDs from multiple people at once, where a pansexual will only pass STDs on to one person at a time no matter if they are a man, woman, trans, or bitter that they have no other personality traits other than their nounself pronouns.

The technical definition is that you don’t experience sexual attraction whatsoever until you develop a close relationship with the person. There’s also a counterpart regarding the split attraction model called “demiromantic” that applies to romantic attraction, whatever the hell that means.

But still, does not being a relentless whore make you a sexual minority? Hopefully the answer to that is no.
I’d assume that polysexual means multiple partners at once
No that would be polyamory. “Polysexual” would supposedly exist between pansexual and bisexual. Only one of those is even worth an identity and label, however

"powerful" especially when used to describe things that are about as milquetoast as it gets.

Literally "I am rebelling with a made up sexuality that grandma would approve of".

The use of the word "weird" to describe anything that is different than you regardless of whether it's good or bad.

Maybe I'm old, but when we used it back in the day we used it to describe bad abnormal shit and an insult.

Calling me weird for liking something that's palpable and not spergy but you've never seen before gets me to cringe. Hard.

I'm surprised I haven't gone this far without having a convention end in a bloodbath with how many nerds and geeks use it. Both online and offline.

Nice job on expanding the populace lexicon and shaping how people think there, public education.

"This western cartoon I like is LITERALLY ANIME (presumably because everything Japanese triggers me)"

Oh for me it has to be "Mansplaining". Just because I want to educate you on how to change a fucking tire doesn't make me a Misogynist.
