You can use an RSS filter to track anything involving Mignogna if it is filed there. It doesn't seem it has been yet.

Where does Marchi get such confidence? She makes a good representation for Kickvic as they look like extremely sheltered people that know nothing about nothing and think twitter is equivalent to how the real world works.

Twitter will have any of that if they get subpoenas for it.

However, the fact they tried to destroy it will be admissible in cross examination about it should they deny anything contradicted by it, possibly admissible as evidence in its own right, as evidence from which a jury can draw a permissible inference that their motivation for attempting to destroy the evidence was that it would tend to disprove their case.

They (as in a jury) have to assume the worse about anything that is deleted so it would be incredibly unwise to delete anything.

They don't have to, but it's a permissible inference, i.e. the plaintiff can introduce the fact of deletion as evidence and argue in front of the jury that they should infer a deceptive motive to it. If they actually destroyed the evidence, the jury could infer that the evidence destroyed would have been bad for the defendant.

Also, as a sanction, that is, a punishment, if the court found the destruction to constitute spoliation or deliberate and impermissible destruction of evidence, the court could order that the factual issue it related to simply be flat out decided against the party who destroyed the evidence, or even in extreme situations, strike the party's legal arguments, claims, or defenses, or even outright just rule against them in the whole case.
