Considering this guy has hundreds of people telling the world he's a diddler, i'm 100% sure she's telling the truth.

Dahvie actually has been previously arrested, way back in 2009 for statutory rape. The charges were dropped after he intimidated the victim into not doing a rape kit, and the case was sealed on court order. This was in Colorado.

FYI, it seems that Dahvie has broken up with his his girlfriend of the past two years, "Fallon Vendetta", the older woman with a ten year old daughter who lives with them. Both their Instagram accounts have deleted the other's @. No clue why yet, or whether he's moved out and away from his in-home molestation opportunity. She was his bandmate for most of their relationship, so he's back to being a solo act.

I hope Fallon spills some m.ilk.

When I first heard about this stuff as related to Jessi Slaughter I looked the guy up and everything I heard was negative. That he went after underage girls and had a string of victims behind him. I never doubted it. He looks like a freak and used his crappy scene music to attract his victims. I tried listening to his stuff and it was horrific.

That's so utterly disgusting. I'm hoping the father's lawyer finds these and evidence of the relationship using them against her. This feels like Karla Homolka offering up her younger sister to Paul Bernardo. At absolute best this woman is naive and doesn't believe the stories about David because "haters" but ignorance won't save her kids, they need to be safe

If she so completely trusts in his innocence, why is she worried about presenting as a couple in front of a judge? Either the evidence against her boyfriend is so compelling that she knows she’ll lose custody, or she suspects that it’s true and doesn’t want to be put in the position of defending him.

Either way, she’s a heinous mother who has at least seen evidence to suggest her boyfriend shouldn’t be around children, yet is prepared to lie about their relationship to a judge to keep her kids around him.

I know, it's awful. His stuff hasn't really improved over the years, either. Have you listened to any of his edgier songs? He made a song a few years ago called Crucified By Your Lies. He compares himself to Jesus in it and talks how people are only telling one side of the story and how they're editing photos to slander him.


Boy, for someone who claims that haters make him famous and that haters don't bother him he sure does sound butthurt.

But yeah, I never really doubted he was a pedophile either. His looks, his "music style", and the way he acts around his fans just screams pedophile. Then there's stuff like this that apparently goes on in his concerts (it's an old video from a 2012 concert, but it hasn't been posted here):


Despite this and all the other disgusting things about him, his fans are still going to deny it and claim shit like this is edited.
 
As a kid I'll admit I was fooled into giving them the benefit of the doubt at the time for a few reasons because there's a lot of fake things thrown about when it comes to these "scene" bands. They'd be called satanic and people claimed they encouraged cutting and suicide which was crazy so what's one more slanderous rumour to ignore? That plus Jessie slaughter and "you dun goofed" being seriously memed made it hard for kids to really take it too seriously. When you had people like Ronnie Radke going to jail and kind of always acting like an ass, you'd see David acting decent enough in interviews (mostly supported by Jay being a really chill dude) and think, "huh, probably fake", especially at a time when all the guys you knew in class ~knew someone whose life was ruined by a fake rape accusation~ (do kids still do this?). Then when a few more came in it wasn't too hard to think "maybe those groupies looked younger than 18 to those trying to find fault in this guy". Top that off with casual fans potentially listening for their ~outcast empowerment songs~(cringy, I know) and not their sexual stuff buying Jay saying that they're just trying to do some good in the world since they got the platform now, even if it came from nonsense sexual songs. How could people trying to uplift bullied kids be so bad? (Now knowing this was allegedly all Jay's work I understand this more)
I'm not saying this was right or that it wasn't dumb, and honestly this doesn't fly past that time in the late 00s when the scene was a thing or if you were older than 14-16 at that time but that's kind of how David flew under the radar so long. I don't know how in today's mindset about rape victims this manages to still be accepted though. The climate is so utterly different. Plus there are more girls actually coming out and saying he raped them vs rumors of seeing underage girls in his room. Jeffree and Jay's testimony should have been the nail in the coffin since they actually worked with David and had no reason to lie. Especially Jay after everything (I mean, an HIV diagnosis isn't something to invent).
Anyways, I know that was long but I figured I'd talk about how it used to be to give some insight if I could (as a former stupid kid). Like I said, I don't know why this is still happening but I can understand how it could have happened for a period of time
