@Jet Fuel Johnny You were right, looking at his property constraints, its listed under quite a few. Looking up his lot, all these constraints apply:

Where it says "tell me more" it lets you know that as far as erosion goes, that area is at risk and "Properties in erosion hazard areas have special land use requirements. If a parcel is in an erosion hazard area, a qualified professional will need to review the site as part of the permitting process." Chances are slim they would have even let him do what he did, and if they can prove he knew he wouldn't get a permit, well I think you know what will happen.

The flood zone being a "yes" means that not only does it flood, but that "Property owners must follow rules designed to reduce flooding impacts on structures, reduce danger to people, and not increase the flooding threat to neighbors." Safe to say removing vegetation and soil is frowned upon because it helps stop flooding.

"PC Hydro" means he fucked with a state conservation area. WDFW Salmonid Stock Inventory & WDFW Fish Distribution means he fucked with an "endangered, threatened, or sensitive species of fish on both the State & Federal Level".

"Yes" under Landslide means that it's been classified as a risk and a Geologist will be sent out to assess the property, on Onions dime.

Hydric soil is soil which is permanently or seasonally saturated by water, resulting in anaerobic conditions, as found in wetlands.

This results in all the yummy bacteria and algea those fucking fish need.

And.... I just realized something looking at the documents I took screenshots of. This was a bigger project than he made it out to be, and he continued work after being told to stop...

The complaint about him fucking with his property was reviewed on 8/15/2018, according to the county website. They reviewed it, found it had merit and then on the 23rd of August, they called and spoke to him, noting this in the comments:

"Called and spoke with Greg Avaroe on August 23, 2018. Explained who I was and the citizen concern about a bobcat removing vegetation on the site. Greg was unaware of County regulation protecting critical areas. I explained some of the background of the regulations and asked if I could come to the site and that he could say no. Greg didn't really answer but said he might consider sending photos and explained he was removing blackberries to create more lawn. I explained this would require permits."

Greg continued on clearing the lot, without the permits, after he was made aware that he was in violation anyway.

On 8/31 the state made the observation that all the brush was pushed into a large pile on the property:

"Observed site from Fern lane and could see an area north of the house within potential wetland and fish/wildlife habitat where all the vegetation had been removed and bare dirt exposed and the vegetation pushed into a pile."

On September 6th, he was served the notice to stop doing the work on the land that he was previously told not to do. This is also the letter informing him of the fines and jail time.

September 8th is when he went on twitter whining to everyone about removing blackberry bushes and his hippy neighbor coming over two months prior then reporting him. You can see the tweets on page 300 or you can click here.

So this wasn't some spur of the moment project. He had started this a while ago, his neighbor saw when she was over and reported it. On the 15th they confirmed the report, on the 23rd they told him to stop and that he needed permits, and he still fucking ignored them. He finished the project anyway and a few days after got served. When the biologist went out there on the 31st of August, a week after speaking to him and telling him to stop, everything was still in a pile on the property. He pushed it into the lake so his neighbors wouldn't see a fucking truck come and remove all the brush. So not only did he continue to work on this after being told to stop, he tried to get rid of the evidence so he wouldn't get caught hauling it away. Then he had a sperg out when he was served on the sixth. This was a month long project, at least, and he basically was caught doing this shit after being told to stop.

I also just looked again at the picture I posyed of the property's boundaries. Aside from the buffer zone issues, including the firepit that @bigshot mentioned being in that spot, it appears that the lot to the right (if looking at the home from the street) is all state land. If you look at the parcel to the left of Gerg's there's a number on that lot for tax purposes, thats most likely the neighbor that called up first and initiated the process. To the right though, there's no number so Im assuming that's all state land. Look at the boundary between the lot with no number and Onisions, it ends right at the very end of his house. I could be wrong here, but if you watch the patreon only video, look at where he's chopping shit down. That property line is quite tight, and I think he even went past that line and chopped down some of the next parcels land. The "mess" he was referring to was the buffer zone and the beginning of state land.

It might even be worse than that. If I'm reading the map right and comparing it to the way the pond is shaped at the bottom of the hill, the trail to the pond cuts diagonally across the pizza shaped parcel to the right, ending up at the end of the pond where the stream connects it to the next pond down. I'm guessing originally that was just a trail with dense brush and trees on both sides, but Greg cleared it like a landing strip for an airplane. If that trail crossed the unoccupied parcel, then more than half of Greg's construction zone isn't even on his property. Even his fire pit may very well be on the parcel to the right.

In the video, f you look at the back of the area he cleared, you can see a line of dense green bushes that look different from the natural scrub just a little deeper than he cut. Could that be hedges separating the pizza shaped parcel from the road on the other side? Greg may believe he owns everything up to the road on that side.

So there's a few ways they could become accessible, and I think we'll be able to see them sooner rather than later. Under the cases that I take screenshots of to share with you guys, there's an "attachment" area where all correspondence gets added after it's reviewed. Its so everyone involved in the case has access to it, among other reasons. I believe the photos will end up in attachments, even if for some reason the emails don't. Ill keep you updated, I get a notification when there's a change made to any of the case files regarding this issue.

Second way we can see them, - when Onision gets bad news or feels like he's been wronged, he has a tendency to share with his Patreons. I believe that when they reply to him with something other than "Thank you for your emails. We have received them and they are currently under review" he'll narc out like usual and post them on his Patreon and his restricted twitter, probably his main twitter too. He likes people to approve of what he's doing for some reason, even though it won't change the outcome. They'll post it to the electronic case file, at the very least the emails with the photos in them. Also the people working the case put comments into the file, and we can see that as well. It may be a few days but something should come of it. Anytime there is correspondence it's noted in the case and then the state worker who enters it makes comments underneath.

It's the good ol' boy network, but it works for a reason.

As for laying down more dirt, that's even worse. They can use that as evidence that he knew what he was doing is wrong and tried to cover it up.

Plus, as I found out, dirt isn't necessarily dirt. If he's moving shit around, he could be causing more damage.

His best bet would be to cooperate fully, get advice, and prepare to just work with the Federal, State, & County officials.

Otherwise they're going to use him like a fuck muppet.
