There used to be this old Jamaican guy who wandered around Hounslow town centre just going up to total strangers and wishing them “the best of luck.” I liked that guy.
I like that. It's harmless and actually kind of sweet.

Yeah, I too am familiar with the enigma of the "ladymen" - the old men who look like old ladies.there's a a bloke in my town who is not a nutter as such, but definitely odd; I think of him as the Old Lesbian because he's clearly middle-aged, very overweight with man-tits, has long curly greying hair, wears feminine glasses, dresses androgynously and generally looks like a frumpy woman in her sixties
it wasn't until I heard him speak that I realised he was actually a man - it says a lot that he (unintentionally?) makes a more believable woman than most of the troons on here
Their's a woman who used to get on the bus when I lived in manchester about 10 years ago. She used to get on the local student buses and produce long rambling speeches about how the freemasons wouldnt let her get a job at the BBC. Pretty much anyone who spent much time around student area's would have encountered at one point and pretty much everyone has a story. I remember her arguing with my old flatemate because he was drunk.
Every time you got on a bus around the Oxford road you had a 5% of having this waiting or you.

Apparantly one night some of my old classmates took her back to their's for a house party, in the morning they found their tv missing and a big shit on the couch.
She's been missing for a quite a while now. My ex who still lives around Mosside has been trying to figure out where she's gone.

Oh shit, Crazy Bus Lady?
Last I heard she got an ASBO preventing her from getting on any buses in Greater Manchester and she moved out to Huddersfield.
We have quite a few nutters in France, here's a small list:
La folle du métro: an alcoholic woman in her 70s who probably suffers from dementia. Keeps repeating "TITITI TATATA TATITATITATA" and racist insults at other passengers in the parisien underground.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=AIl-Dg3X0eY
La folle du 53: another woman with a fucked up mental state. Does karate moves and talks loudly about god knows what.

Gisèle la folle d'Ougrée: from Belgium with love. It's the francophone version of "CALL 911", in the video she complains about her "dumbass neighbors". The story, from her side, is about how they are always doing BBQs outside, the kids make loud noises at night as well as the dogs too.

La femme araignée: another physically FUBAR legend from Lyon but she seems like a nice person. She says she is a muslim but people speculate she's a romani. She suffers from Genu Recurvatum.

I used to know 3 nutters.
- The first one lived in my appartment complex. He was in his forties pajeet born in France. At any time of the day, you could see him outside in a small field right next to the appartments. He was standing there, doing some rap gestures and rapping about his life. He was totally harmless but really out there.
- The second one I saw quite a lot when I was in my last years of highschool. Also a man in his forties, a nig-nog this time, he always looked like he was a homeless person during winter and reeked of weed. His surname was cuillière ("spoon") since he always carried one in his dreadlocks. The weirdest part about him were both his squinty eyes and how fish like they were. Rumous said he lost his wife and kids in a car accident that left him a bit fucked up in the head ever since.
- The third one I only saw three times. I can't recall his appearance so I suppose he was quite mundane. His name was "le cri" (the shout) because he would scream at you if you ever walked next to him, no matter the direction you would go, and laugh at you for being startled.
