Surely there is some sort of "post-op check ups" or follow ups that the patient is supposed to schedule to make sure it doesn't turn out like this?!
 
Sure it was an expensive surgery and the State of Oregon paid for it, but there's a good chance that much more Oregon tax payer money won't have to be wasted on Phil.

Seriously though, deinstitutionalization was a bad thing. Severely mentally ill and mentally incompetent people like Phil should be in secure facilities where they are fully supervised when they don't have anyone fully capable of taking care of them. It's one of the few things President Reagan did that I don't agree with. Phil is a perfect example that not all so-called high-functioning people on the Autism Spectrum are capable of managing their lives independently.

If you wanna get hammered quickly- and this goes for anyone watching this disaster- mix red wine and Coca Cola. I like 50/50 but 60/40 works. It’s sweet and it doesn’t taste alcoholic so you end up drinking way too much too fast.

You know those new alcoholic seltzer water things do that too. Neighbor had a cooler of them and I had one. You can barely taste any alcohol in it and it's at 5% APV so a small can can quickly become a lot. Just food for thought.

Or you could go the traditional screwdriver and just mix vodka with OJ. You will get really really drunk fast if you mix it right.

I'd have honestly thought you'd all have stronger stomachs than this, esp. given past shock sites that have done far worse (swap.avi, goatse, tubgirl, lemonparty, 2 Girls 1 Cup, etc) in the past.

I think most folks here are feigning extreme disgust so that they can make clever cracks about Nurgle and stink-trenches and stuff. Cos even on Youtube there are cyst-draining and surgical operation vids that makes Phil's rottencrotch look pretty tame by comparison.
 
Phil should've had plastic surgery to make himself look better. Getting a vagina and looking like shit still makes you look like shit.

Seriously though, I'm pretty sure the reason the imprisoned and homelessness rates spiked in the eighties in the US was largely due to the closure of state-run Hospitals. Those fuckin' degenerate loons only had two places to go. Prison, or hobo towns.

Oh, no doubt. And can you imagine how much more tax payer money has been wasted combating the increase in crime versus what went to keeping those hospitals open? I mean, yeah, conditions in many of them were horrible, but I think reform and stricter oversight would have been preferable than shutting them down.

Well luckly, the human liver as far as I know can be bisected into 8 transplantable sections. So with one human liver, and a world reknown hepatic transplant specialist, both kids will get half the liver. Win win for everyone....except Phil, he never wins, only fails
