There were some fake letters and whatnot leading up to this. You should really go back and read the Spanish Snatch Saga. He's posting pictures of him in a hospital with no timestamps or metadata. That's his proof. They're either from a previous visit or he purposefully put himself in ER for dehydration by chugging laxative for his fake surgery bowel prep. There are videos of the laxative with him opening a fresh bottle, but even that could be faked. @Smutley actually has an acquaintance on the inside who was able to say Phil isn't a patient and there were no procedures scheduled for Friday since giving out information that someone isn't a patient is not a HIPAA violation.

This sounds an awful lot like a vague threat to go on a shooting rampage.

Odd that he proposed it right after two notable cases in the news where the shooter was stopped by civilians. Maybe even Phil knows that getting tackled by some retired person before he can kill a single individual is the only scenario possible there.
 
I'm really curious who he thinks he's going to "target"? He can't afford to travel outside of his shitty four block radius, he'd need that 250k first, so I'm guessing the first poor soul that doesn't refer to him as madam empress?

Yeah, there's not a dealer alive that stupid. Even if he could pretend to not be nuts, his appearance alone says "If you sell me anything, it's going to end up on the news".
