This is a bitfftopic: but a serious question; if a partnered YouTuber dies, who gets the ad revenue? Remember, a good deal of Phil's monthly views come from old videos. If Phil were to drop dead would YouTube and curse get all the money from people viewing his old content?
I don't know if this has ever been covered before.
From a quick google search it seems like you can request the funds from a channel after the person has died from Google. This would likely need to be a next of kin and have documents like a death certificate. As for continued revenue I'm unsure how that would work as it seems like the contract for the person would have to be terminated due to tax and other legal reasons and unless it was resigned to another family member/legal partner the monetization would end.
This is just from a quick google search and a guess to what would happen.
