Many of his latest tweets seem out of character and i am pretty sure he is being coached by someone. My guess is there is no new reason for why he is in "dire" need of money. He is an irresponsible impulse buyer who does everything wrong financially and it's catching up to him. Chris cannot discern between necessities and luxuries. He spends every penny he has on the first expense that pops up. All money is fungible to him. The only person with any control over this is his mother and she isn't much better than him

I would say no for Chris. When Barb croaks, he'd probably need assistance in obtaining a living arrangement and so forth, but he is independent enough to not need an overseer.

In regards to Chris, no. That's more of a situation that will happen when an old lady has the beginning stages of dementia and starts wiring 10k to a Nigerian prince once a month. Or a slow-in-the-mind being taken advantage of on the regular by someone. Simply spending your money unwisely won't cut it.
Yeah, it certainly wouldn't be simple.

Well, I mean there is freedom of religion, right? Jehovah's witnesses send in a large portion of their income, Scientologists too. I suppose it would depend on the mental stability of the person sending the money along with considering the type of cult (obvious scam vs. stealthy scam).
Either way I think it would be pretty difficult to rule on. Would probably depend on the opinion of adult protective services and others (if they are involved).

The US has strong freedom of religion protections, so Scientology is legal here while in Germany they get hassled a lot.
To some extent, you could say we've got legally protected craziness. It just needs to be crazy on the long scale (jesus literally turned water into wine) and not the short scale (jesus will catch me if I jump off this building).

I've actually developed some more of my Jack Z. (conspiracy) theory.
Jack said he had friends chip in for the $1200 right? What if the plan all along was something like Jack give Chris the money and tell him not to spend any of it, while another friend tells Chris about a 3rd friend who bought a platinum pass and cant use it so he's selling it at a discount of like $900. Chris spends the $ on a fake pass, and now instead of 1 ween spending $1200 for a page on the cwcwiki, we have 3 weens who spent $100 each for a cwcwiki page who might also get to watch Chris cry about the trolls, like he's done for over a decade.
It's a less stupid plan than I originally theorized, but it's still a stupid.
Maybe I'm playing the game "X-Files: Autism Edition" too seriously.
