The big-lipped alligator thing was funny as hell.

Everything else Lindsay shares makes me feel sorry for her. Even when like, Obama became president and she was dancing around drunkenly in DC; what should have resembled revelry just looked unhappy and hollow. She's a funny gal, but there's a bottomless bitterness about her that just taints all of her creative endeavors.

She's kinda dobson esque in her flaws, she's got the skills and drive to do something but she just can't quite make it click because she keeps fucking up or dicking around. Her politics isnt her biggest problem because of her stances, the issue is it's complete poison to her established fanbase and she's no where near naunced or insightful enough to actually do academic presentations in a way which would interest that audience.
She also needs to get the fuck of twitter and downplay her association with the basement posey because it's a career suicide attempt everytime she gets in an autistic slap fight or engages in unproffesional bitchyness with her clique. She also needs to figure out if she's happy in the net indie scene or if she wants to go to the big leagues and start shaping her career as such.

When she appeared on the screen I had to check, but it looks like the wine and popcorn have caught up with her.

Compared to Dobson she's miles ahead, she actually does still have a quite active following and respect among sjw-senpais

Yeah she's kind of diet Dobson, people like her and she's actually willing to work. I'm honestly surprised she's going to get to a 100 pages with "bit of a bitch, makes bad video's" but her flaws are Dobsons it's just less so and she has virtues.

To be quite fucking honest... Glad I didn't contribute much, then, the more I think about it.

If anything, all Lindsay has to so is get her shit together and get humbled a little for once. And she doesn't seem afraid to do that, which is a good sign she's capable of taking a first step forward away from what she's currently is and become something hopefully better. She has the skill(s) and the drive; she just needs the proper serious attitude adjustment.

Whether or not Lindsay will ever adjust her attitude likely depends on the way she gets humbled, I think. She's fairly capable of self-reflection, and her brief time away from Twitter is proof she's at least willing to consider distancing herself from toxic platforms, so if a positive change comes from within herself it might stick.

But she doesn't seem as capable of changing as a direct response to the criticisms of others. She's not quite as thin-skinned as, say, Kyle "ur a fascist if u disagree w/me" Kallgren, but she's definitely the sort of person who has to think twice before considering if feedback toward her has any value - largely depending on who's saying it and how they're saying it.

Randos telling her her choices and opinions are bad will only make her feel validated ("I'm pissing the right people off"-type mindset). But if close friends come to her about her arrogance or other flaws, she might be more understanding. Of course, in this scenario we have to pretend her close friends aren't a bunch of aggressive enablers who'll never encourage her to grow as a person, but eh.

She's never done that suggests she is even capable of introspection.

The only time she's ever reigned herself in was when she was worried about being targeted by her leftist friends and decided to abandon her twitter. And that was more strategic decision than being humble.

But that mask is starting to slip a bit. As of her arrest she's on the path towards legendary cowness. I get the feeling that won't be Lindsay's last brush with drunken idiocy.
