Why should this even be a point of discussion?
Damn, sorry, good point. There are much better things to discuss on a Chris-chan forum than prominent items from Chris's glory days. What a waste of time. Instead we should have some more threads about how he's balding and how he smells terrible and how he's not actually trans.

Instead we should have some more threads about how he's balding and how he smells terrible and how he's not actually trans.

We need less threads, maybe just one Chris general thread would suffice at this point.

This thread is more amusing than anything Chris has done in weeks, I never thought adults could get so worked up over pokemon cards but I should have expected it.

Yes, my point is, if you're looking for a place to start moderating and filtering, there is plenty of lower-hanging fruit to target first.
I don't see any reports from you about any of these things you think we should be moderating and filtering. What threads do you think need to be locked that are currently open before a thread on some dude no one knows who made videos about buying an autist's card collection?

Because I do not care about moderating this forum. Nor do I particularly care about these Pokemon cards. Nor do I care that some guy gave Chris $500 for them or whatever.

I dropped into this thread because the idea of somebody providing a detailed look at a formerly treasured relic from the simpler times of Chris's (relative) youth seemed potentially interesting. Apparently that was not the case, as there has been very little conversation in this thread about whatever was in those binders.

Oh well! Doesn't bother me. I'm more than happy to just shrug and move on.

But many people in this thread felt personally slighted by the fact that some random guy spent his own money on some stupid bullshit, to the extent that they want to EXPOSE HIM and TEACH HIM A LESSON ... I guess? I thought it was worth pointing out how ridiculous that is.

What disappoints me the most is the box didn't sprout arms and legs and open up with a huge mouth to show itself to be a Chris mimic, that is sent to capture boyfriend-free girls and drag them back in its mouth to daddy.

@cabalcoffers, I think ya done biffed it.

The issue, from where I sit, is that we don't need every faggot who buys something from Chris coming here to tell us all about it. Why should this even be a point of discussion? He bought cards and made videos of himself selling them and he's so desperate to tell us about it that he made not one, but two threads. I don't care if he ripped off chris or if chris ripped off him.

If you want to become a part of the content here, then this is what you should expect. Ian was told not to do this but he did it again anyways.
If the issue was that he was making threads that didn't have much content, wouldn't a thread lock or merge to the Random thread suffice? How did doxing the guy and putting his name in the thread title come into play?

Just letting you know that owning a Chandler artifact brings about some very bad luck; if you are in the business of selling I'd recommend selling them at your earliest discretion. In all reality, these sort of things belong in a museum, where they can't bring their bad luck to new owners.

The curse of Tutankhamen ain't got shit on this.

Never seen the people in this community become so legimately furious like this before.
I think this trade is pretty good, you got both the OP's stupidity and a whole mine full of salt.

You know, if you mods really want to piss him off, instead of doxxing his real name in the thread topic, you can just keep deleting anything related to this, so that he would have paid for those cards and get zero lulz out of it.

I don't follow Chrischan too closely, but I get that people generally don't like the idea of him getting money.
They also don't like the idea of him hoarding valuable toys and never selling them.

It's very similar to the concept of people giving DSP money. People are going to do it. Chrischan is going to list stuff on eBay and people are going to buy it. The angrier people get, the more it will happen.

We're talking about $500 too. It sounds like a lot of money to many people, but in reality its not. It won't change the fate of Chrischan in any tangible way because otherwise he probably wouldn't have an entire forum dedicated to his antics.

Compared to the guy that bought the sanic totem and shitposted on /v/ about it, we get a nicely presented in-depth video showing how it was packaged and the condition of it as well as (for those of us who don't keep Pokemon binders in our bedrooms) an idea of exactly how valuable these cards are.

Chrischan's method of selling is bulk, but what if he actually had the patience to sift through his toys? He surely has some fairly valuable stuff in his collection and its interesting (at least to me) to see what someone with patience would be able to make out of it compared to what Chrischan thinks his stuff is worth.

It's obvious OP is an actual card/collectible seller, so I'm actually quite interested in this topic and to see how his experiment goes.

I gave the OP a semper fidelis rating (the first one it received too, mint condition, $10 no haggle) and if people get mad about that then i'll make sure to rate more shitposts with the same thing, because its great to not only be able to laugh at Chrischan and other internet characters, but also laugh at the people that lose their shit over almost anything.

The only way this story can get better is if OP not only manages to sell every card, but clears like a $500 profit because then not only will Chrischan be mad but so will a bunch of other people.

This specifically is why this thread actually is a point of curiosity to me (beyond being entertaining both for the OP's naivety and other people in the thread acting like dipshits).

If this guy can make money off of this, it will serve as yet another comical example of Chris's laziness and lack of initiative, because if he had motivation and sense he should have been the one sorting through, appraising, and individually selling the cards in the first place.
