Oh come on, Chris was sent Multiple Photos of Jessica not appearing elsewhere Online. And he had known her for a Good While before she became his Sweetheart. Obviously this means she is Real and the Dang Dirty Trolls scared her off.
But seriously though, for someone he didn't meet in person and didn't care enough about to stop his stubborn crusade on Doopie, he sure does miss her a lot.

Jessica must have left some sort of impression of realness on the phone to Chris or something, that really struck a chord with him because this is the first sweetheart I can remember him pining over and lamenting losing for so long. The good thing about this is that at any point in the near future if Jessica wants, she can come back and start the whole thing over again.
I know that Chris is a dumbass but even he should be able to see some correlation, betweeen Jessica being possibly a troll and when Jessica ended the relationship with him, since it was literally the day before they were meant to go on their date.
He needs to remember too that when it comes to his OC, he's the director of his content and can break up Nightstar and whatever Jessica's one is called, even though it is funny to see him lamenting the fact that he's being cucked by his own creations

I'm tempted to go back to the scarcity theory again. The last time Chris had a heartsweet was, and correct me if I'm wrong here, Katie, which would've been in 2014(?). Three years since Chris had so much as a bite, let alone a girlfriend. Given that he has gone from homophobic, feminine he-man to Danny DeVito's Penguin over the years in attempt to get a relationship started, only to get nothing for his efforts, I'm beginning to think that Chris's frustration and impatience are being sprinkled with a generous helping of desperation. Whatever his social life may be IRL, rest assured it ain't got nothing to do with romance. Since the major trolling has stopped, and he ain't getting nothing in his social circles, I imagine he's pining after What's-her-name Jones because he really has nothing else to turn to.

Did they even talk on the phone, though? If you watch Chris' desperate video when Jessay's Fb dissapeared when he gives out his phone number it looks like the goddamn moron didn't even have her number (So much for being a couple then).
I think it's more of a stubborn childish ploy of having his way on imaginationland against mean eyebrow lady's wishes.
But....Im not saying that Chris isn't already losing control even over the voices on his head!
It will never get to that point and CWCVille will always be Chris' little circlejerk happy place, but it's funny to think that if someday Chris goes full smearing-shit-on-the-walls bananas he could begin to draw comics against his own will where his own characters revolt against himself.
