Reformed 4chan trolls are some of the most vapid people online. It never comes across as a genuine change of heart or deeply held belief. Instead, there's always this overwhelming urge to announce to everyone how enlightened they are because they finally discovered empathy. They remind me of bitter exes who spend years trying to undermine someone they supposedly moved on from, simply because they never actually let it go. There's something genuinely malicious about that kind of behavior.
Has anyone posted this yet? I've kind have been lurking this thread @ work and remembered this post on colors live (art app for the 3ds) and its still up. This user talking about how they met TimmyT himself on a message board and drew art for him. He pays the artist 20 bucks and when the artist mentioned their 3ds broke he buys them a whole new one just off the fact that they indulged in his tuba vore thing LOL
Null, genuinely, the way you've responded to this thread blowing up is like a stepfather indulging his autistic stepkid's interest not because he understands it but because he cares about the kid. And if we had any capacity for empathy or affection we would appreciate it.
It's easier to rip on a dumpsterfire of a game than have one of the members being super focused on playing a good game and there's less to say about a game that's good.
This for sure, there's a reason they don't play games that have too many mechanics. Watching Edmund McMillen desperately try to explain the mechanics of Mewgenics to the boys as they are incapable of juggling that many things while recording and being funny was pretty interesting in general, but also shows they aren't playing games to min/max them and do their absolute best as though they are playing ranked DOTA or something.

I've got a lot of nostalgia for the DD&J era, man DD was always my favorite cast member. I know DD has these yearly troon crashouts but before they were typically restricted to whining about the Dream Daddy shit from a decade ago. Honestly, even the tuba stuff is just gay fetish noise to me. However him trying so hard to be this 'troller's remorse' (since everyone loves that phrase in this thread) character after his own nigger moments is so embarressing. Why does he think Oney and PsychicPebbles were able to get out of "Hey you're that guy from the let's play channel!" hell? Sitting around and half assedly making a game to gay 14 year olds on stream? It sucks so much having to lose respect for someone I looked up to during those formative years, not to mention him jerking off to brass instruments...
