Phil also couldn't tell you the rules/mechanics for the card games he's spent tens of thousands of dollars on in the last month or two. Hell, he can't even tell you about a single game he's played with said cards because that would require having a friend or going to a local gaming store and having to actually interact with people.

Remember, his least favorite type of thing to do, be it boss or game or hypothetical or whatever, is puzzles. Just for the record I’m pretty sure the only time his goal was 50 USD was a brief period between Side Scrollers and Kino Casino, when things were declining enough he got desperate. And that was still only counting PayPal tips, meaning that literally every other form of cahntribution - superchats, memberships, etc - weren’t added to the tally at all.
I see. I'm not very familiar with the small inner workings of pre-side scrollers phil considering that I genuinely went into the rabbit hole after the Yakuza meltdown and since then he seems to be completely and utterly detached from reality and legitimately insane.
It took him 20min to figure out the cards had what game they are from in the bottom left corner and it's not even on his own that he discovered it, a dent had to tell him.
His goals after the vest streak were 150$ in tips but after BG3 he said he wanted 50$ in tips a stream to call it a sussessful stream. But then came the Kino Casino and he threw the entire system out of the window to felt trolls when it became clear his days of 150$+ tips streams were coming to an end and he needed to upheld the image of a "resaurgent streaming career"
even the dents suffered with the last 2 atrocities called "retro games streams", they whaled out both times and learned that this is rewarding bad behavior, so no goals this time.
Pokemon TCG isn't managed by WoTC since the EX Hoenn series, it's managed by TPC in-house. And if you look at what kind of slop GameFreak churns out these days (this isn't about TCG) and how they treat the entire scalping market, it's very evident that TPC already ditched QC since the Sword and Shield Era and are becoming the new Blizzard.
