0:59 - 2:13: Ding Dong accusing Oneyplays and crew of making fun of him over some tuba joke, likely in relation to his bizarre fetishes. (Idk what joke he's talking about, if someone could link that, that'd be helpful). Comes off as really insecure to me. I'm assuming the joke was lightheartedly poking fun at him if it was about him at all, but he's painting it out like it's some kind of conspiracy against him. He says that Chris reached out to do something with him a few months after said joke and Ding Dong thinks this was a way to "test the waters" to see how much they can make fun of him without Ding Dong cutting contact with them. Seems like another delusion born out of Ding Dong's victim complex.
2:37 - 4:07: Claims he was "trapped" in LA. Also claims that the Oneystays videos from 2021-2022 (YiiK, Digimon, etc.) was Chris's idea, and also claims that Chris and crew were spreading rumors as to why they left in order to get them back. (???) Apparently there were problems toward the end of the Oneystays sessions (Likely why the YiiK finale was never released) and Chris mentioned that he's never had problems working with anyone else the way he did with Ding Dong for those recording sessions. (I partially believe this one, but damn, can you blame Chris?) He then accuses Chris of "not gelling" with any of his current guests, implies that Oney BEGGED him to come back to record with him again, and says that he asked Chris why he even invited him back if he's such an issue.
5:06 - 5:35: Claims that one of the Oneyplays guests was paranoid that Ding Dong was going to replace him permanently.
5:48 - 6:05: Chris had an idea that he could get Ding Dong a computer where they record and that he could come by often for semi regular videos, Ding Dong shoots this down. Says that he wants more time for his own projects (streaming 12 hours a day to an audience of a couple hundred people) and that he's not going to "waste his time" with them
7:40 - 8:24: Mentions that DD+J didn't want to bring up anything political/drama/lolcow related in the Oneystays videos and got pissing when Chris brought up The Problem with Apu video and apparently after the recording he sperged out on Chris for bringing it up. (Lmao) He says he was angry because he didn't want to be associated by proximity with Chris's chuddy politics. (Imagine completely killing the mood and shitting over your friend right in front of him because of some innocuous comment, and then having to pretend to be cordial withe each other after that, good lord)
8:24: Also pissy that the recording and editing process for Oneystays took longer than the 2 weeks they wanted it to be. Ding Dong was adamant on sharing things through a physical hard drive while Chris wanted to use Dropbox to share everything.
9:42 - 11:07: Apparently while dealing the above issue, Chris shows Ding Dong a screenshot from the channel's editor's group chat about a problem they're having, and within that same screenshot they're shitting on Ding Dong for being hard to work with. According to Ding Dong, everyone in that group chat was trash talking him.
12:00 - 12:49: Initially upon receiving the offer from Chris to come down and record for Oneystays, Julian was a hard no and Ding Dong was a yes. However, as Ding Dong starting coming up with ideas for the recordings, Julian lightened up to the idea, while Ding Dong soured on it. Ding Dong says the only reason he finally decided on going was for the money.
14:00: Ding Dong caught Chris looking at 4chan threads on his phone while he was grinding in YiiK. (Lmao)
15:43 - 17:47: Chris was the one who mentioned the big finale for YiiK. It ended up being too elaborate and Chris didn't end up dedicating the time to completing it, according to DD. Apparently Chris did have a ~30 second animation rendered for it, and DD figured out how to modify the in-game cutscenes, however.
23:42: Tells his audience to not lash out at Oneyplays despite spending the last 23 minutes doing just that. Says he wants nothing to do with Oneyplays anymore, despite bringing all this shit up out of nothing.
24:59: Says that if you were here from Oneyplays, that "maybe this isn't the right place for you". Basically tells anyone who found out about him through Oneyplays (i.e his entire audience) to fuck off.
26:25: Julian comes in, says that DD's reaction is mild compared to his own, and that the whole Oneystays experience has made him lose his faith in humanity.
33:11: Says that the aforementioned tuba joke at the beginning was the final straw for him to never want to associate with Oneyplays and crew again (Lmao)
35:14: Implies that the "massive majority" of Oneyplays fans are "alt-righters" and that that's the exact fanbase that Chris is looking for and appealing to. (LMAO)
Basically everything I said in my initial post is vindicated after watching this. He feels too good to be making let's play with someone who's actually successful and would rather focus on their never-to-be-released vaporware instead. He is overly pissy and extremely hard to work with, and then when people start shitting on him for his poor behavior, he switches to "woe is me, I did nothing wrong and everyone is harassing me." As someone here already said before me: if everyone you meet is an abusive asshole, maybe look inside yourself for a second.
This entire rant comes off as extremely self-aggrandizing, like he was BEGGED to make these videos to save a dying channel and that he had everything planned out just for everyone else to cause issues, when really Chris was just trying to do something nice for old time's sake and DD had to make everything super difficult.
This guy just needs to take a break from the Internet and focus on his games because he is such a self-destructive dramafag and he's clearly stuck in an addictive cycle of causing issues for himself by airing gossip on his livestreams and then "woe is me"-ing after what he says breaks the containment of his small viewerbase. Ding Dong is a histrionic queer whos middle-school level drama antics are going to cause him to spiral farther and farther until his audience has dissipated and he's forced to moved back in with his parents at age 30-something. It's sad because if he just shut his mouth and worked on his games rather than streaming and whining for half of his existence, he might be able to create something of value. I wouldn't put it past Ding Dong to scour the Internet to find negative things people say about him, so DD, if you're reading this: Stop starting unnecessary drama, stop playing video games for 12 hours a day in your hugbox, stop blaming everything on others and nothing on yourself, jerking off to weird furry porn, and just focus on your games, dude.
Update: Apparently the tuba joke he was getting angry about was Lyle saying that something looked like a tuba and Chris saying "wow, I'm horny." That's it. That's literally all it took to set him off and go on a rant for 45 minutes.
