Are Women the real MASTERMINDS behind rape?

Highly debatable. A few reasons they might not, from your sources:
You misunderstood the point. I am saying that reports for rape are going to skew toward male victims in a prison setting because the laws 20 years ago skewed toward a penis being required to "rape." Obviously sexual assaults that result in "rape" categorization will select for men.

Again, I didn't realize the thread was primarily women (who can't understand data as a natural part of their being). When the data overwhelmingly rejects what you wish to be true, "Well, these are just self-reports, you know? Men probably rape each other way, way more, they just don't report it."
Even the study itself comments on the large discrepancies in numbers:

Why did you selectively cut off the paragraph there?
More specifically, unwanted and sexually suggestive touching of breasts, genitals, or buttocks is more typical inside prison than the act of rape itself. Second, in the vast majority of studies, male facilities have been found to have higher rates of sexual assault compared to female facilities.1518 Yet the perpetrators of sexual assaults against female inmates, compared to male inmates, are less likely to involve staff.
Seems pretty relevant that it's confirming that women are sexually assaulting the women in female prisons. It also confirms men are more likely to report assault from the staff:
There were no statistically significant differences between males and females in rates of experiencing staff-on-inmate sexual violence. While female inmates were more likely to be sexually victimized by other inmates than by stafwf (21.2 vs. 7.6%), male inmates were more likely to report an incident of sexual victimization perpetrated by staff (7.6 vs. 4.3%).
Your entire post is screenshotting lone sentences without attribution that don't even challenge anything. "
So, they have to tell some reporter guy that they got fucked in the ass. Nobody likes to admit this, but men even less so, because this implies that they were turned into another man's bitch. This negatively impacts his masculinity in a way that a woman being made into another woman's bitch does not. You also had to explain that you were assaulted by a man in an in-person interview (ie: to someone's face). Bonus points that response rates aren't great:
Instead of cherry-picking whatever you can to try and reject reality, maybe read the actual studies I'm posting? Or my posts where I have already specified that exact study already controlled for this:
  1. Reliability: Inquiring about sexual victimization invokes feelings of stigma and shame. Previous studies have relied on face-to-face interviewing or, more commonly, self-administered pencil and paper surveys to inquire about sexual victimization in prisons. The literature indicates that computer-assisted self-administered interviews (CASI), with audio added to assist with literacy problems, are the most reliable method for eliciting information about potentially stigmatizing behavior.12,3239
To our knowledge, this study is the first to explore the prevalence of sexual victimization within a state prison system. It is also the first to use (1) a full population sampling design of approximately 20,000 inmates at 13 prisons; (2) multiple general and specific questions to measure sexual victimization; and (3) audio-CASI to administer the survey
But it doesn't matter anyway, because your refusal to acknowledge what's plain as day isn't grounded in anything but an 80 IQ. All of your responses can get a response like above, but pigeons and chess and all that.
Your second citation isn't a research paper, it's an essay written in first person. However, the actual paper it does cite for its numbers it doesn't necessarily do you any favours:
Where do you see that I've linked that essay?
or possibly horny boys parading real or imagined sexual conquest as a badge of honour, rather than the male/male mark of shame
As always, men can't be victims! The data must be wrong! They're lying! We need TFD.
Now, again, this is not adjusted per capita - the point is only to show that the ~90% of males reporting female victimization is either a weird outlier, a difference in reporting (this source, for instance, interprets 'invasion of privacy' to be the same as grabbing your ass') or possibly horny boys parading real or imagined sexual conquest as a badge of honour, rather than the male/male mark of shame. This is corroborated by this statistic, which is (unfortunately) not sorted by the sex of the perp/victim, but does at least confirm that the DOJ considers most reports to be unsubstantiated:
You are too math illiterate to understand the data you're discussing. "Now, again, this is not adjusted per capita" invalidates the rest. Why don't you adjust those for the prison populations?
This is corroborated by your youth source:
When you make no logical point from any established data, shoehorning in more of it doesn't "corroborate" anything.

Because J.K. Rowling once told me, "When retarded women pretend they know how to read, you must correct them, especially on rape statistics." Fine, here:

Okay, but if you actually read your sources, you will notice that the qualifications for rape don't require a penis.

Why did you selectively cut off the paragraph there?
Because I was adding so many screenshots that I failed to notice I cut it off halfway. Here's the entire paragraph:
1777438904617.png
I don't believe I raised any issue with women reporting staff-related subjects or not, so I'm not sure why that's so important to you. If women are over represented in staff-related incidents, then this even makes sense with what I'm saying - that they're way more likely to report straight rape than gay rape, because the implications for one's masculinity are very different.

Where do you see that I've linked that essay?
Your Wikipedia article had two sources in the highlighted paragraph - that was [18].
In general, I recommend against sourcing Wikipedia. It is shit, even now (perhaps even especially now). If the sources are good, use those.

As always, men can't be victims! The data must be wrong! They're lying! We need TFD.
You're telling me, the person who's trying to explain to you that male victims are under reported, and linking you a resource asserting the same, that I don't think men can be victims? Really?

You are too math illiterate to understand the data you're discussing. "Now, again, this is not adjusted per capita" invalidates the rest. Why don't you adjust those for the prison populations?
"You're too illiterate to understand the statement I am quoting you to have made."
Okay.
The point was, is, and will remain, that the ratio is fucking absurd and doesn't even gel with the other things you linked. You're not too illiterate to understand the words I typed in plain fucking English, are you?

Okay, but if you actually read your sources, you will notice that the qualifications for rape don't require a penis.
I wasn't referring to my sources.

Oh, so not something I linked at all.

When you reference a completely different study that measures completely different things with completely different methodology, yes, things are unlikely to gel. I'm sorry, but I can't keep entertaining you and tarding up the thread. Come to terms with the fact women are both predatory and extremely stupid.

Ciao.

I wasn't referring to my sources.
Why would you not refer to your fucking sources on which you base the crux of your fucking argument?
Oh, so not something I linked at all.
You realise that people can just scroll up and see that you fucking linked to that article and went out of your way to highlight the contents you wanted to emphasize? If you're too lazy to actually read the things you want us to take seriously, that's not anyone else's problem.
When you reference a completely different study that measures completely different things with completely different methodology, yes, things are unlikely to gel. I'm sorry,
I'm glad we agree. The sources you link say wildly different things, so it seems weird to have strong feelings on a subject that's clearly difficult to accurately measure.

But yes, I agree, this has gone on for too long. Cheers.

Again, I didn't realize the thread was primarily women (who can't understand data as a natural part of their being).
Good god, this is such bullshit. Evidently my petroleum engineer sister can't understand data as a natural part of her being, nor can my other sister who is a nuclear physicist, nor my ex who worked in genetic engineering, nor my dear female friend who was a state supreme court justice, nor any of my fellow students in the sciences and engineering who were female who kicked my ass in my classes. What a fucking asshole.

Soooo.... what's this about a pee-stick?
We had a disagreement in the Rodrigues family thread about ethics in touching used pregnancy tests. Dr. Butt was shitposting and I responded to her like she was being serious. Much autism ensued.

Edit: @Flipendo
To be fair to Twix, he says he wasn't referring to his sources (regarding his objection as to how rape is defined) because he was actually referring to my source. His argument is that the rape rates for male victims being higher in my 2006 source is because, in 2006, rape would have been defined as requiring a penis. I already addressed his objection by pointing out that I included the numbers for oral/anal/vaginal sex, not just legally defined rape, and he ignored me and kept repeating his initial point. He's still repeating it to you, even though you had nothing to do with raising that issue, because he's very angry and can't think clearly.

Edit 2: Never mind, fuck being fair to Twix. I saw he's malding on your profile now. How embarrassing.

Última edición:
You legitimately don't know how to read your own data and it's grade school shit. Women aren't masterminds of anything. They're just really dumb. None of my sources disagree with one another. You posted a 2006 abstract that is absolutely referring to penis-required rape when it uses the term.
I already addressed his objection by pointing out that I included the numbers for oral/anal/vaginal sex, not just legally defined rape, and he ignored me and kept repeating his initial point
No, you retarded cunt. You didn't. And the abstract deliberately specifies "rape" right after that.: "More men (54%) than women (28%) reported an incident that was classified as rape."

you linked an abstract that doesn't even support whatever point you think you're making. It does not differentiate between male/female inmates so it's worthless altogether.

The inmates (47%) in a female prison are females. If the staff (41%) committing the offenses are also female, a high probability given the 2012 BJS data proving female staff commit over 90% of staff sexual misconduct, then nearly 100% of the perpetrators in the female prison sample could be female. You are projecting male culpability onto the word "staff" where the data does not provide it.
Additionally, the incidents reported in men's prisons resulted in oral or anal sex 70% of the time, while incidents in women's prisons only resulted in oral, vaginal, or anal sex 29% of the time.
"Greater percentages of men (70%) than women (29%) reported that their incident resulted in oral, vaginal, or anal sex."

*facepalm* That is not what the sentence indicates. You legitimately can't read. Beyond that comparison being retarded for both groups, the female has an n of 52, i.e. worthless.

They started with much more before whittling down, you know?

1,788 men took the survey -> 382 reported being victims (21.3%).
263 women took the survey -> 51 reported being victims (19.4%).

Interesting. Women are stupid.
jesus christ how fucking fat must this guy be
Bro. You can get rid of them before they become babies. "Deadly and murderous" you don't think knocking up a woman then running away isn't dangerous at all? Carrying a baby to term isn't just something that happens in the background while your life goes on as normal for a year. Are you eight years old? Why do you feel personally targeted by anything any woman does? No one's coming to 120th-trimester abort you, calm down.
You're a disgusting, retarded creature with no sense of morality or ethics. It would be best if you were put down.

I mean, probably. Did you see what she was wearing?

Yeah, but per capita, certain demographics of men commit way more sex crime.
If you want to really piss off somebody trying to screech that "ALL MEN RAPE LOL!" (usually a woman) remind them that lesbians commit by far the most domestic violence "per capita," at a drastically disproportionate rate compared to men (it's like damn-near literally 50%). Any militant feminist within earshot of that statement will explode in hilarious impotent shrieking banshee rage. Most lesbians just get sad when they're reminded and STFU before they dig the hole any deeper.

For all the damage allowing faggots and dykes to marry their own kind has done to society, I at least get to enjoy knowing a boring ol' marriage between a man and woman is statistically less likely to result in divorce or violence compared to same-sex marriages. As depressing as the likelihood is for straight couples, it's even worse for the deviants.

Winning the "right" to same-sex marriage was a true monkey's paw moment for the rainbow brigade if I've ever seen one. Besides adding divorce, custody battles and domestic violence to their repertoire, it got rid of one of their biggest rallying points and since all progressive movements with substantial money and power structures built up require a demon to fight, well trannies stepped right up to become the new cause de jour and we've all seen how that's worked out.

Actual data:

The rates of IPV cited experienced by lesbians is high - about 44% of lesbians (in one often-cited study, which is dated but not inconsistent with others) say they have experienced it. About 28.9% of the total citing abuse, or 12.7% of the sample, cited only women as abusers.

For bi women, who have a very high rate of cited IPV (61.1%), almost 86% of those reporting IPV cited IPV by men (there wasn't a question about if it was exclusively by men, at least in that study, so could be either/ or), which means about 14% of those reporting, or about 6% of all bisexual women in the study, cited only women abusers.

For hetero women, a lower rate citing IPV overall (35%) but nearly all of it (98.7%) was cited as by men exclusively, leaving about 1% either both or just women. .

So you've really got:

Lesbians: Overall rate: 43.8%.
Of those sampled:
29.8% abused by women only, and
14% abused either by men & women, or by men only.

Hetero women: Overall rate: 35%.
Of those sampled:
34.5% abused by men only, and
0.5% abused either by men & women, or by women only.

Bisexual women: Overall rate: 61.1%.
Of those sampled:
6.4% abused by women only, and
54.7% abused either by men & women, or by men only.

Source data.

A later study showed the following for actual contact sexual violence by an intimate partner :

Sex of Perpetrator: (Contact Sexual Violence)

  • Over 72% of lesbian victims reported only having male perpetrators; 1 in 5 (20%) had both male and female perpetrators.
That means 92% of lesbian women citing IPV had male perps at some point; 8% had only female perps.

  • Over 74% of bisexual women victims reported only having male perpetrators; 1 in 6 (16.7%) had both male and female perpetrators.
=90.7% of bisexual women citing IPV had male perps at some point; 9.3% had only female perps.

  • Over 89% of heterosexual women victims had only male perpetrators and .5% had only female perpetrators.
=99.5% of hetero women citing IPV had male perps at some point; 0.5% had only female perps.

For non-contact IPV (stalking):
One in two lesbian stalking victims (51.6% or 377,000)
reported having only male perpetrators, while 1 in
4 had only female perpetrators (27.6% or 202,000).
Among bisexual female stalking victims, over 80%
had only male perpetrators (82.1% or 2.1 million), and
about 1 in 8 (13.5% or 346,000) had both male and
female perpetrators.
The majority of heterosexual
female stalking victims had only male perpetrators
(84.7% or 29.9 million), while 1 in 14 (7.2% or 2.5
million) had only female perpetrators, and about 1
in 15 (6.3% or 2.2 million) had both male and female
perpetrators

Now do "per capita" as I indicated. Proportionately speaking, lesbians experience substantially more domestic violence from female partners than straight couples do.

Statistics involving "lesbians" claiming "domestic violence by male partners" are not "lesbians" (because lesbians do not date men) and such statistics are invalid because they're literally fucking lying (either about being lesbians or about their male partners abusing them).

Are there more papers on this, or is this claim just from this one paper? If we're looking strictly at partners, 29.8% of lesbians get abused by women and 34.5% of straight women get abused by men. I'm ignoring the "rate of abuse lesbians face from men", for the same reason you said. I disagree with the "all men are rapists and abusers, gay relationships are morally superior" mentality. Splitting hairs over a 4.7% difference to prove "[insert sex] are better" seems like retarded gender war spergery. I don't think this paper proves men or women are "worse" than the other.

All of what I posted was "per capita" (that means rate; the data I provided very clearly broke down % of cited IPV & by whom as % of the three distinct groups responding, not as against the general population of women). And as I put at the very top of my comment, yes, lesbian women in the studies reported a high incidence of IPV - higher rate than hetero women did.

Proportionately speaking, lesbians experience substantially more domestic violence from female partners than straight couples do.
Obviously lesbians are more likely to experience IPV from women than hetero women are to experience IPV from women. But a not-negligible number/ % of lesbians in the studies experienced it only from men or from both men and women. All the numbers are in my comment.

Statistics involving "lesbians" claiming "domestic violence by male partners" are not "lesbians" (because lesbians do not date men) and such statistics are invalid because they're literally fucking lying (either about being lesbians or about their male partners abusing them).
Many lesbians had male partners at one point or another. The objective numbers provided tell you what you need to know.

But the splitting hairs over a 4.7% difference to prove "[insert sex] are better" seems like retarded gender war spergery. I don't think this paper proves men or women are "worse" than each other.
That wasn't the point. The point was just data. And I thought it was interesting that in the earlier study (which was an analysis of many studies - the source is linked in my comment, so you can check it out) the rate of lesbians experiencing IPV from women was as high as it was. So my info wasn't trying to be a dunk; it was digging into the data that moocow loosely referred to in order to understand the real data better and to share it. Surely people want actual data.

Data is what it is, good, bad, or ugly. And the data says that 2/3 of the 44% of lesbians in that first study amalgamation who had experienced IPV experienced it only from women. That does not = 50% of lesbians get abused by their female partners. It means 44% of lesbians have experienced it. Then that 2/3 of those 44% have experienced it exclusively from women. 1/3 of the 43.8% either from men only or from both men & women.

The second cited study focused on sexual violence only, breaking apart contact sexual violence (rape, assault, etc) from non-contact (stalking). I don't think the second cite honed in on non-sexual violence at all, so the numbers are predictably different than in the first one: the numbers of male perpetrators of sexual violence vs all types of women were a higher % across the board. But the first study broke down the general IPV numbers so was more aligned to moocow's general reference.

Many lesbians had male partners at one point or another. The objective numbers provided tell you what you need to know.
Irrelevant. The point was a lesbian in a lesbian relationship is more likely to be a victim of domestic violence (by her same-sex partner) than a straight woman in a straight relationship is by her opposite-sex partner.

Your valiant, Herculean effort to miss that point is noted though.

Splitting hairs over a 4.7% difference to prove "[insert sex] are better" seems like retarded gender war spergery. I don't think this paper proves men or women are "worse" than the other.
Homie, it's really straightforward. Women are violent, and homosexuals are more violent than straights. Ergo, homosexual women are absurdly violent. Not to mention they're fucking crazy to begin with. They're just more prone to hit each other. Women fight each other all the time anyway (just look at all these ghetto fights). Adding romantic/sexual relationship dynamics to it is just begging for more violence.

The fact lesbians beat the living shit out of each other with alarming regularity just punches holes in that whole "oh women are super sweet innocent little flowers who wouldn't hurt a fly" narrative and makes them very uncomfortable when you point it out (sometimes violently so, which makes it really funny since they're proving your point).

But that's simply not borne out by the numbers. Which I've provided and as far as I have seen, you have not. But if you want to agree it's about even at around a third, sure.
