DDoS attacks

I don't want to sound sentimental or come across as stupid, but all of this makes me terribly sad. I don't care about using Tor, but it's genuinely depressing.
I'm used to tor, but I get how you feel. Some of the most disgusting can flounce around on the clearnet, while websites like this get ddosed.

Oh fuck these fucking fucks.
I have faith that Jersh will overcome this. The man has powered through despite seemingly insurmountable problems before.
Kiwi strong.

I feel like it's gotta be Indians. as soon as 'here is how Indians are using AI for child porn' the ddos started.

Shit sucks man, I want to laugh at streamers and shitty Hollywood movies with the boys.

I believe the site can survive the same way it did the ddos attacks during the cloud flare bullshit.

I wish we could nuke India and everyone in it. Indians ruin everything.

Last night was about 5 to 7pm est. Started around the same time tonight too.
Good news really, it means they cannot afford to keep this running 24/7 and are possibly already exhausting their resources with this temporary nonsense.
You just know they would keep that up and clearnet down permanently if they could.
Anyhow, the Tor-erbunker is as cozy as ever. Seems to work better than last time too.

Let's just say a lot of us, if this site ever went down, would suddenly have a lot more spare time and we'd find you and [REDACTED]. So contemplate that you fucking niggers.

Never ever forget:

This site has always gone down periodically since I've been lurking in late 2016. Hell, I remember it being temporarily off Clearnet shortly after I registered and Trump was initially inaugurated. Find out that the site came back a few days later. The Keffals Kerfuffle of 2022 was by far the worst attack. Still we exist. Still we persist.

There may be a day that we are permanently stuck exclusively on Tor. I do not think that day is today, or anytime soon. Even when it seems like every option is exhausted and Jersh is at his lowest, we persist. Even during the bad times, Kiwis get together to create backup groups, donate to Null, and sneed on Tor to keep it up. I am cautiously optimistic.

Even if the rainbows are not justified, I want Josh to know all the same that I appreciate everything he does to keep the site running, and be transparent about it. Even when it's a hiccup from his own fuckups trying to fix the site, he owns up to it. This site is incredibly important to me not just as a source of entertainment, but also the community it builds and Josh's fight to protect free speech and press.

Thank you, Josh. Because of what you do, we still exist, and shall persist.

Hey, all.
I was just having a shit time finding the onion link, have it bookmarked now.
I personally found it here.
Theoretically, if KF were able to be ported to some miracle architecture that turned public reads fully static, whether pre-generated HTML or JSON consumed like an API, would that open a path to defeating these massive DDoSes without needing CloudFlare specifically?
Doesn't the API still allow people to communicate with the servers? I'm actually a 'tard when it comes to computers.
Tor is where the drug addicts and perverts live and its how normal people see it.
It's not like we're particularly normal people, so why should we care about the optics of KiwiFarms (clearnet vs Tor)?
