Random technical/legal question, is there a legal avenue for suing people who are(unknowing) members of these bot nets?

Not because I think suing every individual person would stop this, but it could create problems that could theoretically force legislatures or ISPs to have to deal with it.

Alternatively suing some ISP that isn't dealing with the problem on their end.
 
we've passed the end of the line a dozen times and yet we're still here. for every dollar we spend defending this place, they spend ten buying bots to keep it down, and yet every day we're still here and every DDOS has a time that it ends. their money will run out.

bro didn't you read? outside null becoming a T1 provider which is extremely costly, the other option would be cuckflare giving support but because of the monopoly CF has, the fucking cuck can act as he pleases since three letter agencies cover the cuck's company, probably because he provides them with ddos protection for their honeypots.
i think the best bet would be burger kiwis becoming feds in order to get shit working, or dissolving the FBI and arresting every single agent for treason, that'd be perfect...

I am a selfish loser that cannot fund the site, I am sorry. But, if we ever get booted off clearnet and tor, Null, I am begging you to release the entire database everywhere. In the static page, in torrents, in chats and in social platforms.

I want to see them seethe. Make them learn that they are here forever, and that they can never remove their sins from gorillions who have the knowledge backed up 3-2-1. To the people that funded the website so far, thank you for keeping Null and The New Zealand Agricultural Site afloat for us broke tards 🫡.
 
I think theres always some solution. its just obfuscated or not made obivous. remember when we didnt have a way to fund the site and then we found out about billpay? If all else fails know I am praying for its existence. goss may be a sin however I know just how core this site is to the rest of the Internet
 
Where there's threads on this forum dedicated to documenting objectively terrible people, there's dozens more hosting the dox and personal histories of harmless weirdoes who are (surprise surprise) going to be harassed by bored internet users for being weirdoes nonetheless. While the site consistently insists that its only purpose is to document and archive, there's an undeniable correlation to be drawn that individuals who have active and popular threads on this site are subject to consistent harassment.

If you leave bread outside, the birds will eat it.

If you meticulously document the bizarre social faux pas and personal details of weirdos on the internet, then losers with nothing better to do will go and harass them.

At what point does correlation turn to causation?

How many enemies can you make in a public forum, with the internet as a whole being a massive forum in of itself, before you're finally driven out?

I feel the farms is drawing close to that threshold.

Everybody on the planet has friends and family who care about them, even weirdoes. Sooner or later this website was going to fall into the bad graces of individuals who actually have the means to come after it in a consequential way.

I had a little crash out after I visited some of the sites where I used to post and even sites I used to read. 4chan, 8kun, are garbage now, even their /pol is nothing but porn. and some of the interesting sites, atlas obscura, hello kitty hell, museum of hoaxes, are either pushing that globalist leftist narrative or haven't updated since 2019. I didn't bother with something awful because fuck those guys, I'd rather be illiterate than go back there.

There is literally nowhere else on the internet where one can have an intelligent conversation on any subject that isn't stuffed with useless crap and street shitters. My only advice is to make or find a fediverse instance that supports free speech. the engagement is very low, but maybe we can breathe some much-needed life into the place if we can't have kiwifarms. of course, blueskyy itself is a fediverse instance, although a very walled garden version of it, so it's not like it's tranny free; they just have you blocked lol. try pleroma servers and avoid Mastodon since the aids seems to be coming from there. Good luck farmers.

Back during DropKiwiFarms, Null mentioned that in the event of Total Tranny Victory, the final thing he likelu would do before becoming a swamp dwelling luddite hillbilly and departing from the Internet forever would be to release a preservation of this site for anyone to download. Meaning the whole site's database, every thread and post, would be made anon and released to the public in some form for the sake of preservation.

Then from that there possibly would be several small third party Kiwi splinter sites made from the database that could be up for a time but it would be over anyway because every successful tactic used against Kiwifarms would be made far easier on a smaller, less supported website.

Let's pray it never comes to that, however.

Technically yes. But really no. You can technically DDOS a site over Tor. The problem is that the individual Tor relays don't really have a ton of bandwidth because they're hosted by volunteers. So you'd end up bringing down the individual relays you're connected to before the actual site. You could theoretically attack the entire network at once and bring all the relays down but that's far more complicated and hard to maintain. They'll just go back up the moment you stop and anyone can spin up more relays.
