Admittedly I, too, am a bit of a tourist. But that's too much, even for me. :story:

Notice how for the most part, Brazilians are just jealous, but not raging retards like the rest of the other countries who actually never win and don't understand the game meta (looking at you, Mexico). Also, madridistas ought to be taken out back and summarily executed.

you literally haven't played a top 15 team yet. La Carrera de Leche. Argentina has blatantly looked poor multiple times throughout each game. Their rallies come off of controversy, and it's very clear that the narrative has been drafted around them with this being Messi's last cup. It's cope to pretend that the Argies *haven't* been on easy street this whole time.
 
Switzerland are ranked 14. It appears they were previously 19. Last night's game didn't knock them down, and their last bump up was from beating Colombia:

England and France advance. England bring it home in the final, and Messi gets the third place consolation against Spain.
 
I watched the match last night, never really watch Football because it's a bunch of fairys kicking a ball about but my daughter wanted to watch it so I let her stay up. She even painted her face - it was really nice. I still don't like football.

I'm not super into football either, but the world cup has high enough stakes to at least make things interesting. Plus, there's the community aspect.
