A lot of what's wrong with Andy seems to be bad parenting. I know his parents went through a lot of horrible shit at his hands and I'm not gonna criticize them too harshly, but you can the bullshit he tries to pull on people is the stuff that was successful for him in childhood.
He throws tantrums because he believes the person will eventually give in and give him what he wants instead of beating his ass. He threatens to hurt himself or run away so the other person will get scared and start coddling him, when what they should say is "Don't let the door hit you on the way out." He breaks his own toys so the other person will feel bad and buy him new ones, when the appropriate response is to just let him sit and seethe and teach him his actions have consequences.
It's also why he can't fake being an abuse victim very well. Because he simply wasn't abused, at least not in the traditional sense. He was spoiled rotten.
Andy was in and out of psychiatric hospitals from about the ages of 7-9 for being a violent psychotic little shit, each subsequent time he stayed longer and longer spanning multi-month stays until he was sent to Compass House for three straight years from the ages of 9-12 before being released and taken home by his parents against doctor's orders, and while reading about these stays in the neocities timeline I noticed that a lot of them happened over the summer or during other school breaks with Andy conveniently being released just in time to go back to his SPED school.
I wouldn't say he wasn't spoiled rotten to some degree, but I think a lot of it boils down to his parents literally not knowing how to handle him or parent him in the first place, and trying to handle him like a normal kid and expecting it to work but it didn't because he's a psycho. Why they didn't see the writing on the wall and keep him locked up in a residential facility for the rest of his life will forever be a mystery.

Andy is going to take advantage of any program that offers free stuff that will take him, particularly if it comes with no expectation of improving his situation.
Probably a larger percentage of his SSI/SSDI/whatever he gets is automatically funneled to his living arrangement/care, leaving a small monthly stipend.
As others said, he'll go for any "benefit" as it feeds his need to be seen as vulnerable/needing services.... even if just about anyone can finagle an Obama phone. When I go downtown it's not uncommon to run into a table set up outside public officers or Family Dollars in shitty neighborhoods or even questionable looking guys with backpacks full of these phones and a tablet to be able to do it 'on the go.' It's kind of wild.

100% and if not this he'll do something to manipulate the situation where it comes off there was some kind of escalation on the officer's end (which others pointed out in this case when it was audio-only and he was was hitting himself and it seemed like he was trying to make it sound like it was Bentley doing it)
But you can never trust spergs likes this. If he feels backed in a corner coupled with the mentality he has... can be a disaster waiting to happen. I don't know if I'm assuming too much but possibly the familiarity coupled with the demographics of Tonawanda and normal caseload/calls has his guard down. It's close to but still a suburb of Buffalo but I don't think its violent crime is anything exceptional (I should look at BJS stats before assuming but just from knowledge due to regional proximity)

Does he have any followers/sympathizers or is it just trolls/observers? I've never really seen him having any, just maybe that care worker who let him near her son which was absolutely retarded and hope that kid is okay.
One has to ask at a point what he thinks the outcome of his social media will be. I'm not saying he's a genius but he has more intelligence than some of the other horror cows. He must have some awareness people don't buy this shit. I get pushing it in his daily life because he's still getting some of what he wants (even if it's likely for the schizoaffective dx) but keeping that online presence seems pointless/more damaging than anything.

Bad news for Andy - people with schizoaffective disorder live independently or in supported accomodation and have jobs. Those that can't function in society usually live in some form of secure accomodation where they are still expected to make efforts with activities of daily living. This is not 'the wipe my ass forever' card he thinks it is.
