Phil has said many times on stream that if he ever won the lottery, the first thing he’d do is sue his enemies.

I think the most mental thing about Phil is whenever he feels like he's winning he HAS to bring up the detractors. I was watching something recently going over the Vest Streak and when he reads that missive from a denthead, telling Phil how grateful he is for being there. Phil starts crying and then goes on a mini rant about trolls.
Same when he had a birthday marathon and was eating Kat's bean dip. He had to bring up the trolls and say something to the effect of "my trolls will never be happy like this". It's the first and last thing he thinks about each day. The reason he can't have a baby or get a real job is because of detractors. Totally not that he's lazy.
So when I hear him say he'll start fucking with detractors if he won the lottery, I believe it. He's obssessed.

I think you put in too many steps, it'd probably go like this:
>Phil emails a bunch of law firms, probably with the same copy/pasted message that reads like a written version of his pre-stream ramble
>The law firm sends an automated email back saying Phil needs to call the firm to discuss the case
>Phil gets into an argument with the automated message saying he'd rather discuss it over email
>Phil gives up when he finally realizes he'd either have to directly call and speak with a lawyer or, god forbid, speak with one in person
>Phil spends 2 hours insisting he doesn't do drama on his next prestream while insisting detractors are too poor to bother suing

I'm 99.9% sure that Phil IS a schizo. Nice that someone else mentioned it.

He literally can't leave his house for extended periods of time because he fears Viscant or Jaha will beat him.

He refuses to do any of the stuff he did a decade or more ago because he fears that the Trolls will find out and barge into his condo.

If I remember correctly he has security cams lodged all over his house.
