I think that's putting a bit more thought into it than he does. AGP types have a tendency to do the binge / purge thing, which is why I always keep it cynical when someone detransitions. I suspect they just reach a point where transitioning doesn't give them the dopamine hits anymore, so attempt to detransition. Jamie Shupe kept doing this until he finally got the amhole surgery and anhero'd. Ironically, I think once these types reach the end of the road that's when they're most likely to 41% since there's no more options for them.
