admitting you need unconditional campaign spending to win isn't the own you think it is
It probably won't matter, anyway. Most Americans are furious about the Iran war and tariffs causing runaway inflation and a president who admitted he doesn't care about high cost of living. It's why Trump is doing all he can to try and be able to throw out votes he doesn't like come November. The House is basically a lost cause for Republicans in 2026 and the Senate is looking like a 50/50 chance at this point (North Carolina and Maine are likely to flip and Ohio, Texas, Alaska and Iowa polls don't look too good for Republicans and they'd have to win 3 of those 4 to maintain control)

It's worth noting that an anchor baby isn't a get out of deportation free card, and the government can and will yeet beaners who try that shit. They then have the option of either handing the kid over to legal relatives/guardians in country, or fucking off with their kid.

Fucking sucks, good thing I make a habit of expecting the worst even as I hope for the best. Figured this was too much of a longshot against the text of the 14th Amendment explicitly nuking the Dred Scott decision (as they cite as early as the 2nd page).

Status quo : upheld

It's not so bad. There is still hope. The cycle continues.

All is lost. Us plebs are never going to make it.

Der ewige boomer civnat will get his cocktail party license restored at the cost of the nation.
Cancel all July 4th celebrations. There is no such thing as Independence Day anymore.

Barrett again fucking us over along with Roberts.
A noose is starting to sound like a good idea right about now.

You don't have a nation anymore
You are now just a citizen of the third world
All this crying because Congress can’t pass an immigration law to save their lives. The court wasn’t going to rebuke the fucking Dredd Scott case to give the sort of authoritarian power of exile to the president lmao

"Citizenship, then and now," Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Roberts concludes, "was the right to have rights--to freely participate in our political community. The Framers of the Fourteenth Amendment extended that promise to 'every free-born person in this land.' We keep that promise today."

I’d rather it be solved that way. It’s way harder to undo. One bad SCOTUS ruling can be undone by a future SCOTUS ruling, especially if it’s not codified into law. Democrats were extremely complacent when Roe v Wade passed, assuming it was going to stay forever. It didn’t
It's way harder to undo but also impossible to do in the first place. This is the end of the road. You're not getting a constitutional change in congress, you can't even pass the SAVE act with Republican majorities. So how the hell would you convince 2/3rds of congress to rewrite the 14th amendment?

Except the DNC cannot stop tripping on their own shoelaces for 5 minutes to save their own lives.

In a sane world Trump would never have been able to get as far as he did because the DNC would have toned down the retardation to trick the normies. But they just can't do it.
