Vicky's trying to big-puppy-eyes her PCP for an iron infusion.

I guess she'll take any treatment for attention at this point, huh. And of course it has to be an infusion. Oral supplements won't do, nuh-uh.

Sleeping 16 hours a day sounds like good ol' depression too, but what do I know.

EDIT because I don't wanna ping the thread for a nothingburger: Yet another tweet where Vicky feels like whatever internal argument she's got going on in head head is worth publicizing.

She loves flip-flopping back and forth on whether she's a master at masking or obviously autistic (read: obnoxious). For instance here's a past tweet where she claims her "autism" is so obvious everybody thought she was already diagnosed.

I do wonder if she has rapid-cyclic bipolar, which is just about the only medical condition she hasn't claimed to have.

Or she's on a binge/comedown Adderall cycle - gets her Rx once a month, binges it in 2 weeks then crashes for the next 2 before she can re-dose. Her notable upswing/downswing cycles in her tweeting could mean either.

Upon more research I'm surprised Vicki's not going all-out on the Churg Strauss thing. There is no bright line test for diagnosis and a lot of the diagnosis comes from a patient's history. Vicki has a long history of sinus surgeries and problems that could be wedged into that diagnostic picture.

However, I think the big one that keeps her from even trying to claim it...when it gets to the phase where you get lots of non-sinus symptoms, one of the big symptoms is rapid, unexplained weight loss. Foiled again. She wishes she had this one!

A lady I work with was recently prescribed Prednisone for a damaged eardrum, and she said that it made her feel on top of the world and indestructible. We've had a 38 degree heatwave and she said she barely felt it while the rest of us were slowly melting into puddles. She said that she can see how people get addicted to it and she's glad that she's started tapering off the dose.

Not exactly a peer-reviewed study, but it is evidence that at least some people do get mood-altering and otherwise addictive effects from corticosteroids.
Rate dumb if late, but I had to take a round of prednisone for something not too long ago and felt the same.

My moods felt almost manic high, and I was a beast in the gym because I had endless energy.
Even thought to myself “wow I wish I could stay on these forever” for a brief moment, then I remembered Vicki and the reasons why these are *temporary*.

I do wonder if she has rapid-cyclic bipolar,
The condition you're thinking of is called ultrarapid cyclic bipolar, where a person cycles in and out of manic and depressive states on the daily. It's more commonly known as borderline personality disorder, though (because only bad clinicians believe in ultrarapid bipolar).

Rapid-cyclic bipolar disorder is a real condition, but the cycles are not a couple of days, they're usually genuine manic/depressive episodes that occur more often than what is commonly seen in bipolar patients. Shorter euthymic periods in between episodes etc. But BPD chicks love to call their BPD rapid or ultra-rapid bipolar, and some schmuck psychiatrists believe them.

See also intermittent explosive disorder...

That is what I was largely referring to, as I think Vicky's cycles last a week or two, faster than normal bipolar where they last usually 1-2 months. But you are right, if your mood is swinging every day, or even multiple times a day, that's not a psychiatric disorder. Even schizophrenics have manic or depressive episodes (with associated psychosis) that last about a week.

Ultra-rapid cycling "bipolar" is just a personality disorder, or drug abuse.

Sleeping 16 hours a day sounds like good ol' depression too, but what do I know.

She's fat and deconditioned, has no self discipline or routine, intentionally dabbles in poor habits to skew medical testing, and lives on takeout / prescription meds that she doesn't need. Calling it depression might be too generous.

Still at it.

I have a feeling it's just like when she harped on about her NIF values every other day, but I don't have the qualifications to say anything about those numbers. So I'll leave it to the medfags to chime in on what dat mean.

She also makes it seem like her doctors are so incompetent that they didn't take notice of her iron deficiency, and that she has to nudge them to do something about it, which is why I don't really take her seriously lol.

Normal ferritin levels are anywhere between 15 and 500+ depending on if they are using typical male or female range for her. Either way, yeah 11 is pretty bad. I’d believe it though. She has a terrible diet, and her litany of pills probably doesn’t contain anything resembling a multivitamin.

To be fair, I’d be pretty depressed if I had to live that life. On some level I‘m sure she hates her life, and she probably does feel terrible mentally and physically. But instead of looking honestly at herself and her choices, the real reason why she feels so shitty has to be her diagnosis of the month.

I think this is the answer. Outside of her obvious personality disorder, any medication that's heavily addictive is something she doesn't really talk about that much outside the usual "i HaVe ADHd brain". You'll feel absolutely exhausted after a binge so I can see her getting even more slovenly and laying around in bed mayo until her next script hits. It's like her admission that her mother called her an alcoholic at one point. I suspect Icky Vicky's major issue is addiction outside wanting to feel forever special.

LOL. Guess what she brought up today?

It doesn't even matter if she's actually experiencing real problems by this point. Getting flagged as a malingerer/ having FND ruined any possibility of anyone taking her seriously.

I got to have a[n] out of body near death experience and it was cool as fuck

OK. Sure. :story:

/START EDIT: For context, she was hospitalised last year and nobody gave a fuck.

No wonder she was perpetually broke. I wouldn't be surprised if she was the type to buy herself a little useless trinket for exorbitant amounts of money every time she felt bad, just to feel something for five seconds.

Tfw you're dying from a life-threatening 98 % oxygenation and NO ONE CARES.

She really was on a roll last summer. First the hospital arc, capped by that retarded exchange with a tranny where Vicky apologized to men in spinny skirts for her male privilege. It was absolutely glorious.

The difference in likes (tho at that point, starting to tank on replies as interaction) on Vicky's health whinging posts just a year ago is notable.

I am gonna guess that Vicky's big purchase is maybe a ticket away somewhere. Like abroad. Holiday maybe. Lol, or maybe like to Germany to try to pay some fresh quack.

The self infantilisation is real like at the age of 27 to be acting like this is some kinda thing.

Does Halsey do expensive meet and greets? I didn't realise til recently that they were quite such a thing that exists (for parasocial losers with too much money willing to enter into the most awkward social situation ever).

That or some kinda gold plated wig.

So what are we saying for bets

1) amusingly class-demonstative bougie all inclusive holiday, which she has moaned about deserving before 🍹

2)wiggy wiggy wiggy 🐖

3) foreign doctor to take this seriously! 💉 🦆

4)Halsey meet and greet and tweet 🤑

EDIT
5) Wildcard - studio time! 🎸
Maybe there's some kinda package for just this kind of rich tard with ~a vision~ but no creative ability or collaborators, where they hook you up with a producer and a certain amount of session artists.
