It's hard to tell what Phil's level really was back then because info is so sparse. 4th place in a flawed EVO, he won EVO East, etc... but I can't imagine these tournaments were deep back then, like you say. There are a few videos from Phil at EVO East and you have to admit he was at least competitive against good players.
Not so sure, in some footage he looks like a pattern player (like that one match where he played Deejah and it was "burn-out" + scissor kick upwards all the time but his opponent wised up and crushed him. He seemed like a palyer who memorizes one tactic that works well but he can't adapt as soon as his opponent finds ways to beat it

IMO, he was presumably better than the uber casual crowd, who played fighting games just like any other video game, and could likely beat them 9/10 times. However he was probably that guy who'd typically lose and/or break even to entry-level competitive players, while also being able to sneak a W every once in a while. While obviously not a 1:1, I can somewhat relate to competitive vidy around 2004-2009, in that I played Madden.

You generally had 4 tiers of skill:

Tier 1) Random dudes who just like playing Madden, but weren't remotely aware of basically any of the competive mechanics, strategy, or nuance that competive players did. (i.e., there were playing a football game like a football game! How silly is that?)
- Skill Level: Could only beat other players at this tier. Would lose to all other tiers 99.9999% of the time.

Tier 2) People who were vaguely aware of said mechanics and whatnot, but only incorporated relatively few aspects of it into their gameplay. They might have used some of the more egregiously ridiculous, potentially broken, and cheesy things that were simple to execute. (i.e., These are generally people who had friends that played competively, but didn't take the game nearly as serious because they liked playing FOOTBALL!)
- Skill Level: Could consistently beat Tier 1, but lose to Tiers 3 & 4 about 95% of the time. Although they could potentially steal a W from Tiers 3 & 4 if stars aligned.

Tier 3) Generally the up-and-comer and were aware of basically every competitive aspect of the game. They were comprehensive incorporating a competitive playstyle into their game, but wasn't established yet.
- Skill Level: Easily beat Tiers 1 & 2, and easy uncommon to beat Tier 4.

Tier 4) Essentially just a Tier 3 who's played longer. There's not much of a difference otherwise.
- Skill Level: Easily beat Tiers 1 & 2. While expected to beat Tier 3, it wasn't shocking if they lost.

Again, that's essentially how it was for a completely different genre, but competive vidya is competitive vidy at the end of the day. I imagine there's a lot of overlap based on my observational era alone.

As far as Phil, I picture him in between the Tier 2 and Tier 3 category, and it feels like that gap highlights one of the difference between competing fighting games and other genres. No idea, but you'd think players have to comprehensively tailor their playstyle completely towards the competive mechanics of the game once they enter 'Competive Player' territory, to even have a chance of success. I just can't see Joe Schmo, who casually plays the game because he liked Street Fighter as a kid, is capable of stealing a win from someone who knows frame counts, competive nuance, and shit like that.
I was actually looking up the prices of GLP-1 awhile go. Most insurances cover them now - even Medicaid covers GLP-1s, so he's probably paying next to nothing for it.

Otherwise according to Good RX the price is $349 for the pens, at least in my area. That was the exact cost literally everywhere.
Any idea if that was one pen, or a 90 day prescription type thing? If I wasn't lazy, I'd look it up myself, but that generally begs the question how many pens someone cycles and how fast. Not that it really matters because now it's a matter of whether his insurance covers it.

However that is an interesting question in itself for sure. No idea what i insurance plans are available to self-employed beggers individuals, but you just have to expect he's got the cheapest one imaginable.

That was for a 'carton' which is 4 pens Im pretty sure, one for each week right?

DSP has also purchased Ascended Heroes "ultra rare packs" and they are on the way. $16.92 a pack on TCGplayer.

He is now complaining about slow shipping. Japanese box and the Ascended Heroes packs should be there today.

He also got a box of Paradox Rift that is here already. He really wants to open the Japanese cards first.

DSP doesn't sound happy that people are tracking his donators lol and now ICS on a known sock (tommiverceti used to be skyjogger) keeps sending him superchats about how he doesn't know why people think he's ICS.

Coping about his diaper picture now saying he lost so much weight that's why it looks like that

Phil is doing this for clicks. There's no way he doesn't realize that they can't automatically bill you just by buying the game.

What's insane is that Phil will then cry that everyone says he's stupid 5 minutes later.
And once the fire gets too hot, he'll pull out the old excuse: "Durrr, that was muh depression, you guys." Or "I did that when I was drunk." his chat will go "I thought you quit drinking, Phil?" Well, you see, that was Phil 5 minutes ago and he's a changed man, you guys! Now, give him money. Or, he'll say "That was taken out of context." or whatever piss poor excuse.

Bro look at this shit. I really don't think he even goes to the store once a week this is like... sickly. And yet he still has tits and a beer gut.

Jewmini says no apparently? I guess it depends on whether it's a carton or box.
----
An Ozempic carton contains exactly 1 pre-filled multi-dose pen.

Although there is only one pen per box, each pen holds multiple doses designed to last for a full 4-week (or one-month) treatment cycle.
The specific pen provided depends on your prescribed dosage:
0.25 mg & 0.5 mg Pen (Red Label): Contains four 0.25 mg doses and two 0.5 mg doses or four 0.5 mg doses.
1 mg Pen (Blue Label): Contains four 1 mg doses.
2 mg Pen (Yellow Label): Contains four 2 mg doses.
-----

Hmm. Didn't realize there were mult-use pens. Not sure how that works, but whatever. As far as dosage, he's been on it long enough that I have to assume he's at the 2mg pens now.

Hell yeah! Slay King!

Speaking of shipping, I remember him being particularly angry about how the modern day supply chain, and logistics in general, work. He was upset about Pokemon cards being shipped from different locations, and was convinced the store was screwing him. Something along the lines of the store being sold out and hurriedly purchasing his order from elsewhere. Phil is clearly unfamiliar with the concept of geographically seprate warehouses.
Finally, I was begging for this from the start of the pokemon arc.

He finally bought Ascended Heroes. Aka Ascended Debt.

You need to sell your kidney to get your hands on them
Nah. Don't need a kidney when you can cycle through new credit cards and eventually file for bankruptcy.

Crazy how he seemingly learned nothing from that, but why would he? He got out of his rampant debt scot free, and wasn't forced to do jack shit besides sell the house he had essentially already abandoned anyways. The court really should have really done something for the sake of his long-term benefit, LOL. They could have forced him to sell most of his toys, if not all of them, or severely limited his access to credit for the 7 years (Pobably longer TBH, but not sure if they could even do that). But nope. Nothing besides wiping all that debt away.

Instead, they left his access to credit in the hands of financial Jews, the most powerful and vile of Jews. Ofc they're gonna let retards borrow money. Especially retards who'll rack up interest fees while paying the minimum amount for 20+ years, only to eventually file for bankruptcy (again), but they likely will have made more money from that than what they'll lose when the next bankruptcy comes.
