I get why Ralph idolizes Hunter S. Thompson, but I'm always baffled by Ralph glomming onto his career post-Fear and Loathing. Not even the fucking book, but the movie!!! LOL. I'm sure (hope) Ralph read the book, but everyone knows that it's the movie he stylized his life over.
Which is evident as fuck with how Ralph proclaims himself a gonzo journalist while never leaving the house. (Or writing articles, but I digress.) The entire fucking point is that a journalist intertwines themselves with the story, and the only story Ralph intertwines himself with is his own miserable life. Just LOL.
TBF, he is doing a good job at that though, but I kinda doubt that was Ralph's objective as a self-proclaimed outlaw, gonzo journalist. It's, like many things Da Ralphamale, just so embarrassingly cringey and it makes me SICK.
Hunter blood enemy saga would be great, but it may never happen we might have to wait for it for a long time if Hunter doesn't make any public comments about Ralph.
