So ralphie tried to run one of his blackmail on my mafia shit ops on Scar last night.

So, despite getting permanent residency in Mexico, fleeing to Columbia only makes sense to him. And that could be a fake out, when in actuality he's probably moving to Cuba.

Scarlett is such a disastrous opponent for him that it's insane.
