It's more of a sidenote but I would be interested if anyone knows more about how pakis came to be called "Asian" in UK discourse. It reads to me as a cynical attempt at selling the idea of them to the public as similar to otherwise more-liked Chinese/Korean/Japanese etc. immigrants who are generally peaceful and economically productive (more than the mudslimes, anyway).

I'm still making my way through the report, but pages 146-148 are the most interesting to me. It is very difficult for me to not fedpost right now, so all I will say is that when there is finally sufficient political motivation to deal with the systemic problem of grooming gangs, it is this list of names that should be dealt with first, and then the rest of the members of the political class that allowed this to happen. At a minimum, they should all be imprisoned for life.

it's a colonial hang on. Chinese, Korean, and Japanese are "east asian", Vietnamese are "south east asian," so Asians are jeets.

I may be but I remember reading at one point a few months ago that on the rare occasions when the police were called, one or more of the responding officers were often themselves part of "the community", ostensibly since the police department recruited them to be a bridge to said community to get them to trust the police more. In reality, they more often helped their own evade punishment and accountability. This was cited as a potential reason for why victims were often not taken seriously or dismissed as prostitutes at the scene of the crimes, an otherwise ludicrous proposition given what we know from witness descriptions.

This is something that happens and always has happened and continues to happen more frequently as THEY become ever more entrenched, but even in current year THEY aren't actually all that numerous in positions of authority like that. The cops are made to run constant "positive discrimination" campaigns to try and up the numbers but can never quite manage it, because it turns out inbred cousin fuckers aren't that viable as cops even if you hire them just for being brown.
