They aren't even good taxi drivers. dumb niggers do the dumbest shit that even a learner wouldn't do. They never follow the rules and one damn near ran me over. Luckily I stay focused while crossing but that dude had no thought to slow down in his head. There so many of them too. Even in a somewhat rural area I come across like 5-6 a day. But I assume they are taxi drivers for the same reason as uber eats. Etc. is because it is very easy to do and low skill (they cannot even do it properly which is the embarrassing part)
