Reckless Ben (Youtuber: Ben Schneider) vs Bricks and Minifigs and CEO Ammon McNeff - $200k in stolen LEGO - SWATTING by Mormon Police - Mexico arrest Avoidance - Major Lawsuits (Civil RICO)

middleagedantifa.jpg

Do we know if Bryan personally cataloged his fathers set or did he just trust these disgusting middle aged antifa retards to do it?

Ammon being unable to say Uhaul but very comfortable saying hostile takeover made me lol. The layaway stuff was interesting, BAM admits to sending people to stores undercover, Wouldn't put it past them if they sent people to secure the most expensive sets via layaway as cover while they game planned stealing it all.

All lego merchants must hang.

Última edición:
If that's the case I still think we are missing details because BAM corporate was acting way too retarded for what could be played off as them inheriting the sets as an administrative error due to the Gormans' shadyness, mismanagement of the store, and poor record keeping.
I think the missing piece is just the background of the BAM guys, all of them have scummy backgrounds of taking advantage of people. The McNeff brothers were taught by their father that everyone's always looking to sue them and the most important thing in the world is to aggressively protect yourself from lawsuits with dirty tricks. So they when they ended up with some Lego that didn't belong to them they were always going to keep it and say I dindu nuffin and I dare you you to sue me.

My theory
Chrystal said her husband was trying to leave the country after Trump was re-elected. I have a feeling that the whole family was just going to leave the country. I think they were going to rob the store and disappear. But unfortunately hostile take over prevented them from being able to do so.
Yeah, they all fled for a while. They didn't last very long though, probably because they're losers who have no way to make money in Spain, and after they spent the money they stole from Mansell and BAM they had to go back to America and get on benefits.
https://www.themirror.com/news/us-news/we-left-new-home-5000-1340525

but I legit think this is a result of lazy bookkeeping
It looks like Chrystal kept about twice as much as she paid Mansell (paid him 17k, kept probably about 31k of his money). It would take a lot to get me to call that lazy bookkeeping, and honestly I would still be calling her a thief with that kind of negligence.

I don't know their business financials
They've been expanding ridiculously fast at very thin margins. But it looks the thin margins are intentional, and they increase their executive compensation in line with the profits so they can hide the money instead of leaving it in the company where it's more vulnerable to lawsuits.

Cops are such faggots dude. They could be stopping pedophiles and murderers and drug dealers but instead they act like corporate goons.

Franchisees in my experience typically are awful at book and record keeping. They expect corporate to do all the boring back office stuff for them this is very normal. They just want to do the selling stuff and keeping the shelves stocked part.

I suppose I should be happy that I have avoided seeing him get drumpfy. Probably a lot of creators I like are in that category and if they can put out good work without spilling their political sphagett within it then that's good enough for me.
He talks a lot about the Epstein files on his secondary channel Voidzilla. I personally wouldn't characterize it as Trump sperging because I'm not a faggot, but most people are so they would. I just think he has a healthy level of annoyance with him and other politicians for being so blithe about the Epstein files and the fact that he doesn't exclude Dolan in his anger upsets faggots who, as HHH would say, fantasize about having sex with an old man.

Coffeezilla is a normal[f-slur] who recycles stale, boring talking points. He is the exact type of guy who was calling people crazy conspiracy theorists for talking about Epstein like just a year ago.

People say this about literally everyone who has an opinion and doesn't say nigger constantly. I genuinely no longer believe it when you say it.

There's something immensely funny seeing all the people badmouthing coffee in the run up to this video because he spergs about le Drumpf and the Epstein list only for everyone to bend the knee the second he drops this kino.
Fickle little faggots, some of ye.
He's pure fucking reddit fueled by TDS. His numbers seem interesting though.
If the Mormons were really powerful everyone with a grievance against BAM would already be dead. Hiding in Mexico can not protect you. All the evidence online that makes BAM look bad would be deleted. There would be no negotiation. No asking nicely. The servers would be stolen and destroyed. No questions asked. Anyone talking about it on their podcasts and streams would get a phone call from an unknown number and be told, "You will be deleting all your streams where you talk about BAM and Legos being stolen and never speak of this again, or your entire family is going to be killed. Tell us who you want us to kill first, we are not playing." If the streamers didn't comply their family would be killed. Shot dead. No investigation. No evidence. That is what real power looks like.

The Mormons do not have real power. Utah is a 3rd world country where the police are not trustworthy and do not do their jobs. Just because it's a "United State" doesn't mean anything. It is no different than Brazil where the cops say "You can pay 100 dollars now or 300 dollars in court to make this ticket go away". The Mormons in Utah are brainwashed. They don't care about the actual facts and rights. All they understand is Made Men in their church are being inconiveneced, so the whole world must bend to support and defend them. The Mormons are a japanese bee hive proteceting against a hornet.

Should be interesting now that we have insecticide. Bees are not that scary.

Ammon is some character in Joseph Smith's stupid fanfic.

This not the first time a dude named Ammon has stolen Legos in Oregon.
Police track down more than $200,000 in stolen Lego
At this time if anyone wants to trade brightly coloured plastic bricks, avoid people named Ammon who are members of the LDS "church".
I just looked it up, the Ammonites were portrayed completely differently in their book.
What a bizarre bunch. I only know they don't drink coffee, wear special diapers and supposedly they get to rule a planet when they die. None of this ever registered.

Mansell is either trying to be greedy and double dip or he legitimately wasn't aware they were on there due to the sheer size of the collection and the shitty bookkeeping. Could be either.
BAM basically pays 35-50% of the market value of an item.
Or 5% if you're old &/or a mum. They steal from old people and mothers. Their book keeping was horrendous.
I can understand it, though. In my early university days, I would flip a kind of vintage item category I am very knowledgeable in. I got the opportunity to purchase a massive haul of said items from a defunct workshop. I borrowed from my parents with the promise to split some profit too. I made lots of money from that haul but my book keeping was absolutely garbage. When it's time to pay my parents back and split them some of my profit, it took me days to figure out what's sold and for how much. My basic Excel worksheet was a total mess.
I could see a small store owner being immediately overwhelmed at a $50k+ inventory. Their excel spreadsheet was basic, it's good enough for a few dozen items. They weren't given the training and tools to handle such a massive consignment.

Ammon is either the most incompetent business owner or he is 100% lying about the spreadsheets and not being aware of the data.
His explanation of the U-Haul truck was forced and incoherent. He kept having to go back and elucidate certain aspects of it -- over explaining. Additionally, he kept trying to affirm the timeline. Sure Ammon, it's important for us to know it happened at midnight, it's not like we can see from the photos and the record you provided that it was midnight you fucking retard. The story went from "idfk of a U-Haul brah" to "akshually, it's this store and that and here's the timeline and here's why and here's how it fits into my timeline and here's an explanation for the 3-hour-gap and..."

It's as if he was actively seeking Coffeezilla's validation of his cute bit of fan fiction.
Typical liar behaviour.

What do you not believe?
I dunno, everyone's so agenda-driven anymore that it's hard to believe any commentary from anyone on anyone, negative or positive, because it could be some disinfo/propaganda/FUD (joke intended) effort thrice removed from its original source.
I do not want him to be racist.
I am saying that he is brand safe and unable of producing genuinely interesting and worthwhile journalism.
The most recent video begs to differ. Though I guess the B&M situation is a "safe" topic with everybody shitting on them.
He's pure fucking reddit fueled by TDS. His numbers seem interesting though.
Case in point. When this comes from someone who is so obviously biased it makes me immediately skeptical.

It is a safe topic. Charlie/Moist has never been so fast to make videos on a topic, because everyone agrees and he doesn't have to eat shit for a hot take.

I literally said his numbers were interesting. I just think he's a reddit fag with a soy beard.

Ever since the Coffeezilla video, I've seen a decent amount of people trying to shift the narrative to either BAM did nothing wrong, or that Chrystal stole most of the money. However, from what I see and given the situation. I don't think Chrystal can steal the money from Bryan. The thing that has to be asked if you're operating from the position Chrystal was in the wrong is: what is the point where Chrystal stole the money from Bryan? And there's no good answer to that.

When BAM took over the frachise from Chrystal, they took all of the franchises liabilities, including any obligations to pay Bryan's outstanding percentage of profits. If she stole any money, it would be stolen from her business and therefore from BAM. So regardless of where the money went, BAM is still obligated to pay Bryan any missing amount. If Chrystal stole money, then it should be BAM who has to sue her, not Bryan. This is further muddied by her stating that there were outstanding payments during the night she was thrown out.

Also, people are, once again, trying to handwave it by saying he's only out $80k, and that he's been lying about the value. But he's always been gunning for around $100k (as seen for when Ben tries to help him recover his money via the multiple small claims lawsuits). The $200k valuation is inflated, but that's just been Ben repeating that to add to the drama (which is still fair, because it was valued at that number).

tl;dr: Nothing has really changed since the CZ video, other than BAM digging themselves into a deeper hole, and Chrystal potentially having more ammo against her to be sued by BAM. BAM still owes Bryan money and is still burning their company down over a pitiful (for a multimillion dollar corporation) amount of money.

There is a certain type of person that desperately wants to prove that BAM Corporate is a victim in all this and that either Ben, Chrystal, or some other 3rd party is the true culprit.

I don't know how or why they are cucked like this, as if BAM isn't the head corporate entity in control of everything. Even if Chrystal or Ben did some fucky shit, BAM (AKA Ammon, the CEO) is the responsible party for malfeasance and improper activities at their stores. Instead of helping solve the situation, they escalated and quadrupled down.

Yeah, they're called Mormons. They lie and scheme and do things even the most shameless of Jews would blush at. Law enforcement and glow-in-the-dark spook agencies are filled to the gills with them because they are legitimately evil, soulless creatures.

Southrons ran them out of the plains for a reason and the rest of the country is waking up to their insane entitlement and narcissism.

there's a podcast called Some Place Under Neith who has recently done a whole series investigating the Mormon rabbit hole. I fucking hate listening to them because they are edgy "satanist" pronoun respectors, but they've done a pretty impressive amount of dot-connecting when it comes to how Mormons have infiltrated/always controlled their state gov in Utah and how they are trying to expand that to the federal level.

A friend sent me the episodes about Ruby Franke/8Passengers lady and the Mormon stuff was interesting enough to get me through most of their LDS investigation episodes but holy fuck the hosts are annoying, so if anyone knows of a better podcast/website that talks about the legal fuckery Mormons get up to, PLEASE share lol. Especially from an actual Christian perspective.

I'd like to know why the blame shifting is still moving to Bryan, when it seems like most of everything he said about his part in all of this is being corroborated by damn near all parties involved. Fucking hell, even BaM is slowly sliding in that direction with them spouting off the "make him whole" bullshit, yet he is a malicious actor trying to extort BaM, and not just some frustrated shmuck getting fucked over by a big company.

This is going shock a few people but the Flag of Utah is literally a Bee Hive. Makes sense what I said about how the Mormons are acting now, doesn't it?
Flag_of_Utah_(2011–2024).svg.png Flag_of_Utah.svg.png
These are the current flags of Utah. The old flag designs were different, but they always incorporated a Bee Hive in the design.

The first flag says "industry". That is a reference to the meaning of the Bee Hive in Free Masonry.

According to the Dictionary of Washington Lodge No. 20:
Beehive
Among the ancients, the beehive was a symbol of an obedient
people and an emblem of systematized industry. Hence,
Freemasonry has adopted the beehive as a symbol on industry --
a virtue stressed in ritual and by lectures. It recommends the
practice of that virtue to all created beings, from the highest seraph
in heaven to the lowest reptile in the dust. It teaches us that we
came into the world rational and human beings, so should we ever
be industrious ones; never sitting down contented while our fellow
creatures around us are in want, if it is in our power to relieve them
without inconvenience to ourselves. What one may not be able to
accomplish alone may be easily performed when all work together
at one task.

Brigham Young and Joseph Smith were both Free Masons when they founded LDS. Much of the ideas that Smith worked into Mormonism come from Free Masonry.

Clips of people at the American Fork City Council Meeting talking about the police's bad actions.

Council Member Ryan Hunter tried to win him self an Oscar Award for best actor shaking his pen around all upset that the police were being criticised because they were so helpful with his family being targeted. Could he be related to Joshua Johnson or is this an unrelated incident he's referring to. Discretion being the better part of valor is completely lost on him. Boot licker.
