Ever since the Coffeezilla video, I've seen a decent amount of people trying to shift the narrative to either BAM did nothing wrong, or that Chrystal stole most of the money. However, from what I see and given the situation. I don't think Chrystal can steal the money from Bryan. The thing that has to be asked if you're operating from the position Chrystal was in the wrong is: what is the point where Chrystal stole the money from Bryan? And there's no good answer to that.
When BAM took over the frachise from Chrystal, they took all of the franchises liabilities, including any obligations to pay Bryan's outstanding percentage of profits. If she stole any money, it would be stolen from her business and therefore from BAM. So regardless of where the money went, BAM is still obligated to pay Bryan any missing amount. If Chrystal stole money, then it should be BAM who has to sue her, not Bryan. This is further muddied by her stating that there were outstanding payments during the night she was thrown out.
Also, people are, once again, trying to handwave it by saying he's only out $80k, and that he's been lying about the value. But he's always been gunning for around $100k (as seen for when Ben tries to help him recover his money via the multiple small claims lawsuits). The $200k valuation is inflated, but that's just been Ben repeating that to add to the drama (which is still fair, because it was valued at that number).
tl;dr: Nothing has really changed since the CZ video, other than BAM digging themselves into a deeper hole, and Chrystal potentially having more ammo against her to be sued by BAM. BAM still owes Bryan money and is still burning their company down over a pitiful (for a multimillion dollar corporation) amount of money.
