Hey now, Ragatha and pomni gave each other crazy bedroom eyes a couple of times too, that has to amount to something right?
No, I don't think Goose could handle subtlety when it comes to lesbianism. Any sexual tension is purely accidental.

There really needed to be a Ragatha focus episode before this but there wasn't.
I am surprised she never got one, people really like the Raggedy Ann design, she is the 2nd oldest circus dweller coming in after Kinger's original group, she knows Jax's history at the circus, they have an established rivalry, and her forced positivity is a strong foil to his defensive apathy. Even if you want it to make this the Jax show, she seems important to his story and it's weird she got snubbed, when Gangle got a full episode.

Gangle X Zooble are canon Ship... And hers?
i wonder how long the list of shit troony coopy ripped off to make the retarded faggy circus show?

toy story is on that list for sure
And Kit Bodega take The Ponmi Place in the Glitch Agenda.
Sorry to tell you that not only does she live, she's one of two out of the cast who canonically got to have sex at the end. (Dyked out with Zooble in the credits.)
In short, they're two AIs, copies of real people, who never even met in real life... but the question is... how will they manage to have lesbian Yuri? Because their anatomies themselves... are strange.

No. Her real form was that of an poojeet, the only "death" was the scenario in episode 8 that was based on the "ending?" of episode 4. where she gets hit by a semi truck (a International prostar to be specific)

Is it a plot hole? I mean, how did they scan them so well that they even have their damn memories, so that that specific truck appears? I mean, it's not illogical since Caine barely knows humans, and when he went online (besides possibly discovering Pokémon furry porn and the rise of political content on YouTube) Pandora's box was opened for him, and he realized that "Really knowing only 6 (or more) humans isn't enough to understand them," so he ends up making a "showy copy of AM" and lowers himself to the level of Ponmi and company.

Was Jax’s mom even that bad? She actually comes to me as one of the most responsible adults in the show to me.
Listen to how he talks about Ragatha in Episode 5 and then realize he's actually projecting his feelings about his mother on to her.

She wasn't abusive, she just coddled him way too much and he felt smothered. So one day he just exploded.

all of the characters should have been smothered so there wouldnt be a clown show in the first place

I have to say, revealing a character is either trans or "genderqueer" (crossdresser) only to immediately also reveal they're a product of an overbearing single mother with no male role model and then have them kill themselves is... uh... a choice.

You trying to tell us something, Goose?

The fact that they actually went the extra mile to model these guns as accurately as they could is something I genuinely respect, and I think it makes the joke way better.

The fact that they even picked out a specific model of gun just for a subtle running gag is a level of obnoxious I have to both despise and respect.

I thought kinger was black did I miss something?
The Sopranos can afford it because they can focus on one character and slowburn it due to being a longer show. TADC needs to be more utilitarian with it like in Monk, character expresses thoughts and feeling outloud which often leads an epiphany on how to solve a problem they have or reveal actual useful information to the audiance and characters. Episode 3 with Kinger's affinity for darkness and hints he knows what up is a good example. The bar scene where they just share pointless trivia (which doesn't matter because their backgrounds have zero impact on them as characters or the story except Gangle's fastfood job but we already learned about it in her episode so the bar scene is still pointless).
Adrian Monk and Tony Soprano can do therapy sessions because they are both unbelievably intresting characters that exist independantly of what is happening around them. You could put them in a locked empty room for 40 minutes and it'd still be absolute cinema.

Its not therapy that is good, its that the characters are inherently good and are going to continue being good rewardless of where you put them.

The reason they go to therapy also matters. Tony goes to therapy because he brutalizes people for a living while constantly walking on a knife's edge and its starting to fray his nerves. Monk goes to therapy because the murder of his wife massively exacerbated his neuroses to a degree where it rendered him borderline non functional.

Digital circus characters go to therapy because "I don't like, fit in with like, society man, because like, these expectations to be normal are like, cramping my style man."

You know, here's another thing about the clussy cartoon that's been bothering me. Caine has some degree of control over everyone's psyches, best exemplified by the end of episode 8 where he forces everyone sans Kinger to relive their worst traumas, right? Ragatha's nightmare sequence is completely unrelated to the circus; it involves her having to face her abusive mother, which is something she had to deal with long before Caine ever became involved in her life let alone knew anything about her. But then we get to what he subjects Jax to, and knowing now that his backstory is pretty similar to Ragatha's, his nightmare is...nothing like hers? Wouldn't having to face his mom after killing her (?) be a pretty big fear of his, bigger than being laughed at for being a tranny/faggot/crossdresser or whatever? Why wouldn't Caine also be privy to that information and actually use that shit against him if he knows what goes on in the characters' heads? It's not like Jax did an amazing job totally keeping his past under wraps, either; he put it out there in the circus when he told Ribbit!

Now, I know the real reason Jax's nightmare leaves all the details out is because Pomni is the audience surrogate and we don't get to learn what his damage is until she does when she literally pries into his mind to figure it out. That, and him getting his skin ripped off is symbolic and breeds theory crafting or some shit. Maybe you could also argue since the characters are capable of conjuring in some fashion, even subconsciously, that their nightmares were manifested by them and that maybe Caine actually isn't aware of the specific tortures he's dishing out. But that still isn't a good in-universe explanation for why Jax's nightmare is so vague and "symbolic". Shouldn't nightmares in general, whether they're thought up by Caine or subconsciously by the characters living them, be very specific and direct about the fears they're dealing with anyway?

I dunno, just been bugging me.

After watching 3 episodes of Jersh and PPP review this slop my conclusion of it is it's about on the level of a machinima from like 2009. If someone told me all Gooseworx did was find an obscure G-Mod machinima from back then where every ep got like 30 views, got a team to reanimate it in a licensed game engine and rerecorded everything word for word with actual voice actors (not saying the voice acting is good, just that it doesn't sound like teenagers speaking into crappy headset mics) I'd believe them. The writing is dreadful and clearly is being made up as it goes along. The characters are all idiots who are impossible to relate to and whose motivations make no sense (how many times has Caine just ignored his powers of omnipotence and let them make a fool of him?). The rules of the world change multiple times through the same episode. Every setting feels interchangeable and completely disconnected from the rest of the world. With the exception of the animation and sometimes the voice acting it's just incompetent from the top on down.

But I do need to give it props for being a terrible franchise made on a shoestring budget that's felting the shit out of all mainstream properties right now even in spite of what is apparently a terrible movie finale, which is what those fucksticks in Hollywood deserve after everything they've shat on and ruined in the last 15 or so years.
