Yesterday really exposed Phil for the grifter he is. Literally begging for somebody to drop $50s to open packs that he allegedly doesn’t care about getting anything good.
And all those begs were answered by a grand total of 1 person, across different accounts/methods of course.
Just need Kino to keep ignoring him playing in shit to make him go crazier.
I know it may be contentious to say it, but I don't think Phil groomed PandaLee at all. Old legacy posts like SauceRyuKen posted on an obscure forum they had no way of foreseeing the detractors finding, plus the fact she's never in the years since alleged anything more than he was just distant and selfish when he's arguably more talked about in the lolcow Zeitgeist than he ever has been. Phil is a scumbag, a liar, a grifter and so narcissistic it borders on sociopathy - but I don't think he cares about sex with anyone let alone minors.
You get Wings of Redemption saying 12 year olds can consent and flirting with minors on Rainbow Six, or LTG straight up boasting about fucking seventeen year olds, whereas Phil just seems like a turbosperg asexual weirdo our Government would have made ride the short bus to school had his Mommy and Daddy not gone out of their way to coddle him and wrangle his tardness. As with those two examples, any time it's brought up within Phil's circle more comes out about those two men, but nothing new ever really comes out about him and Leanna. If anyone can unearth that or get Leanna's side, it would be Jidion, but I think his energy is best spent on the former two.
I'll gladly eat Crow if one day it turns out he really did solicit her before she was 18 and coordinated some months-long grooming to get her to Connecticut, but as it stands I think it's just one of those "gotchas" people have repeated enough times its only real weight is annoying Phil with it.

Piggy's strategies are so predictable he might as well be playing Street Fighter, you know what he wants? Well a couple things and these are in no particular order:
1. A "viral moment" when he opens a pack and gets some super rare card worth hundreds and makes his faggy stroke face on camera and posts it on Twitter, then talks about how many days it's been on twitter, then talks about how many view's it's gotten like the Quartering reackackacktion.
2. Bragging rights for having some super rare card that nobody else has that he can shit on card streams with as if it was the Wolverine doll.
3. The money, nuff said.
4. The metaphorical carrot and stick do dangle in front of the inbred incel furfag limey eurotrash fans of his to give half a C-note for the chance of being the one who paid for the rare card pack.

I don't care one way or the other whether she was 17 or barely 18 when they first hooked up. I don't know why people from burgerland keep insisting that somehow something magical occurs when the sun rises on your 18th birthday. This. Leanna was a big fan of Phil back then. She messaged him numerous times, they communicated beyond that, then Leanna at least sounded excited to meet Phil but was hesitant taking a bus or whatever necessary to get from PA to CT. I assume her family wasn't keen on this relationship as she often wanted to get away from them, or she never told them. Phil was the one persistent about meeting and that he would handle all of that.
Logically with the timeline, unless this process happened very rapidly at the end of 2011, Phil and Leanna were communicating when she was underage. So, it can fall into one's interpretation of grooming. As you say, I doubt Phil thought about her age whatsoever. Leanna was a breathing human female, and kinda cute.
He did not groom her because she was underage (she was not underage) - he groomed her because she was emotionally vulnerable and he exploited the power dynamic between them and proceeded to isolate her from her family.
