Also, I thought Volvo might have started as a fan, because of her donos in 2023, and 2024. But she replied to a comment comparing her to KosherK and said that she (volvo) was partner of his "on and off, most on for years." It is now unclear to me whether they met online or in real life first, but I'm leaning towards the latter as it might explain her absence from his online community, despite donoing back in 2023.

Most of the debate was about whether Destiny should have contacted law enforcement and handed over the CSAM. Cut-up:

The interesting thing about this talk was that the determination of whether to go to the police was contingent on the Pxie lawsuit. The problem for Destiny is that Destiny was informed on November 24, 2024 that Rose was underage by the only person that knew her. At that point he should absolutely have a reasonable expectation that this person was underage (especially when combined with all the red flags, refusal to show ID etc.). Pxie's lawsuit was announced January 20, 2025 and Destiny has been very clear that he absolutely could not foresee a lawsuit initially. November 24 - so even before the videos had leaked - was when Destiny needed to make a determination: Either DFE or go to the cops. It's clear he did neither.
This is bolstered by other evidence, e.g. the WillyMac logs. Or how they used the videos to "do identification":

I have no clue what that is about, but it did jog my memory about the time Destiny was posting the NSFW profile of a 15-year-old girl, and exploring and promoting a hash tag for underage NSFW material in his chat:

Why can't Dan just report this himself if he really thinks JSTLK was sending material like that. He acts like he has all these logs and knows so much. Why not just report crimes against children.
Destiny can do the funniest thing ever and sue Hasan for tortious interference. He has nothing to lose by doing so (except some money) and everything to gain.
