I actually agree with Destiny. Most people arguing the case, including his twitter haters, do a really bad job of it and don't know a lot of the details. There's probably like a handful of people who have actually read all of the court documents (listening to Destiny do a dramatic reading of certain filings doesn't count). The bad legal argument he refers to when saying Jesus stole his theory from KF for instance, he’s referring to the fact that discord used Google Cloud Platform for CDN storage and therefore attachment metadata was potentially indexed and able to be found on the open internet, but I don’t think that idea came from KF at all.
