1 - Its almost 100% that Abby did receive videos from Destiny and they were of the plaintiff and Chaiery audio in a video format with black screen. This matches the behavior we already know destiny exhibits, its not in dispute that he likes to send these videos around. She had no reason to lie at the time as no leak or lawsuit had occurred. And she provides screen shots of her telling a friend about it when it occurred. Extremely believable and almost certainty true. The alternative put forward by Destiny that Abby raided his hard drive and thats where she saw the videos is far less believable and again raises the question of why a famous streamer so often leaves his computer unlocked around people he barely knows.
