The interesting thing to me about the technical flaws in Discord around 2022 is how Destiny wants to evade the lingering issue of responsibility when it comes to choosing which platform to non-consensually share people's nudes. He thinks he's winning by arguing that Jesus is arguing for some boomer ass understanding of the vulnerabilities as though Solo could minority report up any specific user's entire history of attachments and own them, but it's just pointing out that the platform was rife with design and implementation problems that would suggest to anyone with technical competence that this thing is nothing more than a glorified image board with voice chat. The timeliness of the bug technically makes it plausible that the security researcher literally sniffed the pxie video attachment in real time after Destiny sent it to George/Rose in his POC to discord because you can see a video of the researcher harvesting attachments from the discord media server live in the link (below).

AbbyMC provided a new declaration, which probably bodes well in terms of the likelihood of her showing up for a trial:

If this is the case it means that AbbyMC couldn't have been talking about the videos Destiny sent hours later that day, and suggests he has deleted the message(s) sent at 10:41 AM.
Destiny went over the filing on stream. He wouldn't engage with any of the arguments, skipped reading out loud about 2/3 of the filing, and spent about 80% of the time reading from sealed deposition transcripts. He had no counter-argument for the time discrepancy:

Sometimes I honestly don't know if he is legitimately just a tech illiterate retard or if this is just filtered to make himself look better to his audience. Remember, this is also the guy that claims he knows more than 99% of audio/video engineers.
A thing to point out that is clear now is that Epstiny purposefully didn't depose Abby because she would say he sent her Pxies video. Epstiny has been trying to pin the blame on Pxie for preventing him to depose Abby to confuse the judge in relation to the MSJ. If he deposed her and she stated this, the MSJ wouldve been dead immediately, so he has been pushing this narrative to not have Abby's testimony on record and hope the judge doesn't realize that he's the one avoiding Abby rather than Pxie trying to hide her to extend the case.
